I think the greatest key to my successful rehab. Following knee replacement is thanks to my physical therapist, Bill. Bill is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and an incredible and skilled physical therapist. Bushnell is a small country town, and the last thing I expected was to find such a Progressive, physical therapy place in this small town! Whatever physical therapy needs, you may have, do not let the small town for the outwardly small appearing building deceive you. This is a First rate physical therapy Center. Hospice Diamond team wants to put my mom in danger she is a high risk of falling they want to…read moreremoved the 4 rails off of my mom hospital bed and I was told that you can not removed the 4 rails while the patient is in the bed. Hospice Diamond in Brooksville is telling me that these 4 rails on her bed is illegal. I want to keep my mom safe on her first night home from the hospital hospice diamond order two matress and 4 rails the delievery came over and put it together my mom came home from the hospital and put her on the bed the next morning she was on the floor. She had emergency surgery she fell and broke her tail bone the fire rescue came over and removed the matress and kept one in the bed they put my mom back on the bed and told me to keep the 4 rails up for her saftey I told hospice diamond about that they did not care they want to removed the 4 rails and put my mom in danger This is abuse of a patient. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I recently survived a car wreck but my spinal column was injured. A Specialist Doctor here reviewed…read moremy MRI raw data, somewhat described my injuries to me, suggested an intense course of steroids to reduce inflammation, to be followed up with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. The doctor also prescribed a muscle relaxer, but they do not write ANY prescriptions for pain medication. They only refer patients to a Pain Management Clinic. It's a Florida thing. Paying out-of-pocket, the office visit was only $120. I thought that was very reasonable - until I discovered it's for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. He couldn't interview me about my signs and symptoms, review my MRI, and discuss treatment options with me in 15 minutes! After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I would have gladly paid $240 to get 30 minutes of the doctor's time. You better make sure your medical records and MRI's get here before your appointment, and then talk fast! We never got to discuss my specific Physical Therapy needs at all, but they did give me the business cards for 3 PT clinics. And I will be receiving some prescriptions to reduce inflammation in my spine. I am rating 5-stars because WCMI certainly knows what they are doing, but visits are somewhat rushed and overlapping. Be prepared and you should be okay. -------------------------------------------------- Updates: #1. The steroid treatment they gave me has been a Godsend. That's why they get 5-stars. They are good doctors and caring doctors. #2. I spoke with the Administrator and we agreed to disagree. He doesn't want any patients to feel rushed, but they do schedule 15 minute appointments. That is standard for most doctors in the US.

My surgical nurse Mandi was such a great, great lady! She llaughed when she handed me the ever so lovely pull ups! Best part she was even able to talk me off the ledge, I was truly wigging out! My Dr. Moynihan was great, I even got his autograph ( on my knee).Anthony after surgery was amazing with post op care. Had me up and moving in no time and helped explain my care when home to my Hubble and myself, which I don't remember most of it. That would be a great reason so have your person there to get it. Home now with care from a very over protective Hubble. Guess I will enjoy that part for awhile!

Our concerns and questions are addressed. There is open line of communication; types of care covered are too numerous and personal to list here, but can run the gamut from: personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep assistance, mobility challenges, making sure that the floor has no obstructions when client is walking, general CNA (Certified Nursing Aide, like I used to do many moons ago), and HHA (Home Health Aide) designations, as well as contact with nursing and other staff. Doctor Roberts is a very patient and thorough medical practitioner, and even with having a stroke 5 months ago that has caused speech problems, he is very insistent on making sure you understand everything that he says. Their prices are the lowest I have seen in citrus county by a landslide, and the whole staff is very nice and polite. Although the building and equipment look cheap, that's because they're a low-budget operation, so please remember that they ONLY CHARGE 45 DOLLARS. They are here simply to help the people of this county, and I think that's pretty amazing. Next time your feeling down, be sure to give them a visit!

To be honest I was offset at my first meeting with him as I prefer a female Dr over a male and I actually demanded to never see him again. God intervened. J Hess nursed me through a case of pneumonia that lasted over 6mo, he helped me get onto the right mental health medication that literally changed my life and I have gone on to advocate the same treatment to others with my condition. He is an amazingly sensible, truthfully interested, and is one of the BEST medical practitioners I have ever had the opportunity to be treated by, and I have a 30+ yr chronic illness. Hess stood out of his position with the restrictive, uncaring administration of the Citrus Co Health Dept and fought to obtain his place in Citrus County, under the wisdom of an MD or not, Hess to me is better than any Dr I have ever went to and I would rather stitch myself up or avoid going to an ER after being shot is how much respect I have for this man.
