I am rather impressed with their service when you walk in to order tools. They have always been helpful. I've even had their receptionist take my order when the parts people were swamped! Now thats good service. My only complaint would be that the parts people don't really know what they're talking about all the time (but they're competitors are exacly the same). So do your research and bring in the part #s your looking for. Their prices are usually pretty good, or at least on par with their competitors. But they do need to improve their machine sales and service. They don't give you (or they don't know) all of the information. There was three mistakes and hardships with the last machine order I've been a part of. That causes friction when you are dealing with six figures. From my experience, only some of their service people are good at what they do. I've had one guy cause more damage when he "fixed" a machine. But they admitted their mistake and fixed the problem at no cost.

Honestly - this year's curbside pickup setup is SLICK!…read more I placed my order online, products all in stock. Received confirmation email and not far after the pickup order confirmation. Pull in and there's a one-way line at the side of the store and a sign "pull up here, we will see you stay in your car" There were a few of us there, I figured I'd follow the instructions, get in line, call the store... I didn't have a chance to pull out my phone, even as the 3rd car in line, there was someone at my window in seconds! Wearing masks, the gentleman asked my name and reminded me he needed to see some photo ID/Driver's licence when he came back with my order. Wow - these staff must have genes of The Flash because they ALL were in and out in record time! My order came back, showed my licence, and they dropped it on the front seat of the car. I'm a huge fan. The process this year was stellar.

Unfortunately, due to the worldwide meltdown in shipping and logistics, delivery was delayed. Initially, Dave provided support by facilitating forklift assistance from local businesses and giving some training time to our company VP Linda Williams. But when we received a call from Capital Industrial owner Marie Eade to report further delays, I was resigned to life without a forklift. Out of the blue and reflecting one-in-a-million customer support, Marie arranged a no-cost rental of a Capital Industrial forklift - even delivering the unit to our location at no charge - 2.5 hours distant from Calgary. I cannot express enough admiration and gratitude to Marie, Linda, Dave and all the other employees at Capital Industrial. They all reflect the top down attitude of true customer support in actions, not words. I will gladly pay slightly more for the higher quality and greater personal relationship with Capital Industrial over that of lower cost and lower quality items found at Uline, Amazon and at Canadian Tire. There is no substitute for quality in products and, as Capital industrial has shown, in people. Jack Cahn Deep Cryogenics International www.deepcryogenics.com 902-329-5466
