Prices are fair compared to the big box stores. Plus, the person behind the counter usually has a clue what you need, even if you don't. I order online to pick up most often to save time for them (and me). Know if you show up before closing they will do their darndest to help, but if you can... don't be "that person" - give them a chance to go home on time. Last visit I needed a tub faucet handle because the set-screw stripped out. Sucks but... bad design isn't their fault. They had a nice genuine manufacturer part in stock and ready for me. I didn't know that there isn't any warehouse staff to pick online orders on Saturdays, but the counter staff had seen the order come in and knew to get it for me. AMAZING! Can recommend and will be back

The employees here are very knowledgeable and they have always been able to help me out with great advice and to find the right part that I need. AMRE really flips the concept of the big box store. They have some items on display but most parts are in their back warehouse area. Most times you will talk to an actual person first about what you are looking for and need and they will help you find the right piece or part and then retrieve it from their stock for you. Sometimes you just need more help or something the big box stores don't carry. Let AMRE come to the rescue!

The staff member that paged for me stepped up and scolded him. I dislike stores that have employees that would rather be on break or welfare. Some enthusiasm goes a long way. I decided that I would buy the fridge water filter elsewhere. It was too difficult to gain a little assistance. I also lost the energy to spend any more money for items still on my list.
