I could not use it because I do not have a cel . The girl at the checkout attempted to try putting it through manally but it did not work. Another person tried to no success. She called for a Manager. The Manager said you need a cel to read the QR code. It was a useless gift. He then said he would fix the problem by giving me a Home Depot card for the same value. I was stunned. TI did not thing that kind of customer dervice was still happening. HE gave it to me ,I said Thank you and went to hand him my E-Card and he said keep it maybe you will figure it out or call the company and see if they could help. She was super helpful and called me back a few times with answers after I sent her some photos. I was really impressed with her service and wanted to buy the part there. However, it would have taken longer to ship in and I would have had go to the store to order it as they don't take credit cards over the phone. My contractor was impatient and once we knew the part he found it at home depot. And yes it was a bit cheaper. But this is the problem! as with AMAZON. If we don't patronize the companies that know their business and who hire people with expertise how will they survive? Of course, it costs more to pay for expertise. But everyone is impatient and so just use these companies when they need expertise. This is why Canada will decline. Eveyone wants the cheapest thing and forgets the real cost of service. And so American companies with huge capital can out-compete these service oriented companies. Of course, I am aware that Woseley, has been bought out by yet another private equity American company and I don't know how they treat their staff, but at least in my experience, they know their stuff and it was invaluable to me. But I fear for the future of our economy, Canadian jobs, and the need to have everything immediately and at the lowest costs. What are we losing in the long term? Competition is generally a good thing but ruthless competition may kill everything good.

I order online to pick up most often to save time for them (and me). Know if you show up before closing they will do their darndest to help, but if you can... don't be "that person" - give them a chance to go home on time. Last visit I needed a tub faucet handle because the set-screw stripped out. Sucks but... bad design isn't their fault. They had a nice genuine manufacturer part in stock and ready for me. I didn't know that there isn't any warehouse staff to pick online orders on Saturdays, but the counter staff had seen the order come in and knew to get it for me. AMAZING! I didn't have a chance to pull out my phone, even as the 3rd car in line, there was someone at my window in seconds! Wearing masks, the gentleman asked my name and reminded me he needed to see some photo ID/Driver's licence when he came back with my order. Wow - these staff must have genes of The Flash because they ALL were in and out in record time! My order came back, showed my licence, and they dropped it on the front seat of the car.
