Traffic for the most part was a bit stressful, moving around and finding a parking spot. Although that's not the main concern, it is well maintained. However, the main signage needs to be addressed on the board, as some big businesses are not named on it, for example, Papa Gino's, as I got lost finding it, along with other names. I saw some empty spots, so I hope it gets updated. A lot of great names to stop at here.

Parking is easy, the walkways are spacious, and the outdoor layout makes the whole experience feel relaxed, even on busy days. The staff across the stores are consistently friendly and helpful, and you can tell the outlet management does their best to keep everything running smoothly. After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.

They replenish inventory so frequently that many times, the offerings are a new experience with every shopping trip. I love walking around the home section and grab some nice deals to enhance the condo. Marshall's was founded in 1956 in Massachusetts and they have grown to be a large national chain of discount stores. By 1993, Marshalls had expanded throughout 42 states including Hawaii, and had opened several downtown locations. In 1995, Marshalls was purchased by TJX, the parent company of its main rival, TJ Maxx, for $550 million. Marshalls and T.J. Maxx operate as sister stores, and share a similar footprint throughout the country. While the two offer near-identical prices and have similar store layouts, Marshalls differentiates itself by featuring a larger emphasis on family footwear and larger men's and juniors departments. In 2019, Marshalls began operating a website for online shopping so you can shop from the comfort of your home...or....if there's no physical store close to you, you can still take advantage of the great deals.

Plainville Commons is a decent sized shopping center built about 13 years or so ago…read more It's located off of Route 1 in Plainville, right by the Wrentham town line. It's located south of the intersection at Route 1 & Route 152, and right off I-495 (exit 14) for Rt 1 towards Attleborough. Main point, it's in a convenient location. While it's not as large as it probably should have been built (especially with the casino across the street now....), it has some decent stores and an ideal setup. The parking lot is large, spread out and perfect for this type of complex. Sometimes a back up occurs at the beginning of one of the closest parking lanes, but it's never too much of a problem. Only complaint with parking is that Chili's NEVER has enough parking. Getting in and out of here is also easy. They recently replaced the traffic light at the intersection of the plaza and Taunton Street, and made it even easier. The flow of traffic is actually surprisingly good and much better than most other shopping centers I can think of. That being said, this area isn't nearly as busy as where most other big-box shopping centers. This shopping center consists of: Chili's Target Stop&Shop TJ Maxx / HomeGoods Sleepy's (or Mattress Firm now?) Panera (and possibly something else I'm forgetting) Good place to stop if you are in the area, or looking for some shopping after winning big at the casino across the street! Only real complaint about the shopping center is that it's so spread out that other buildings could be built to make it bigger, better, and more of a destination. There aren't too many stores in this complex currently! 3 stars.

Good little shopping plaza on Route 109 in Milford…read more Includes one big department store and a bunch of small stores and eateries. Never crowded. Only complaint (-1 star) for exit. SUPER dangerous turning left on 109 at one exit and the other has a no left turn sign!!!! Put a traffic light here!!! Some of Milford Plaza's finds are: -- Kohl's -- Town Fair Tire -- Sally Beauty Supply -- Panera Bread -- Papa Gino's -- Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft -- Radio Shack (closing next month though!) -- Applebee's and more. UPDATE : Early 2017 Recent renovations to the entire aesthetics of this building are great. They have completely renovated the look of all the storefronts (thank goodness.... they hadn't previously done any work since the 70's!). Parking lot has been completely re paved (also used to be bumps EVERYWHERE) and the layout of the lot is new and much more efficient. Good progress. Nice to see Milford getting better and more decent retail centers.

I was explaining my recent weight issues and how I hate trying stuff on, and the owner/salesperson (not sure which, I didn't think to ask) was so kind and helpful. She brought me tons of gorgeous things to try on and offered suggestions for jewelry/shoes, etc. I could have spent my day there! If you need some pretty updates to your wardrobe and want more than your typical chain store clothing choice, run don't walk to this store!
