I was looking for a car and I found one that I liked on Metro motors lot. I checked the reviews on…read moreGoogle briefly and discovered some good reviews and bad. I decided to give them a chance and I financed a car off their lot. The BMW that I got gave me numerous dashboard lights immediately after I drove off the lot after signing papers. That same day I went back and complained they gave me a bad car... they took it in for weeks and replaced a turbo. Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, but I was still out of a car. A year later, Today I'm dealing with a head gasket that is blown. Maybe even a warped block. The cost of this repair would cost almost as much as the car when I financed it. The owner of this lot told me that pure white smoke coming from the exhaust was "normal for a v8". Today mechanics can confirm that Metro Motors lied to me. Check the Google reviews. Those 1,2 star reviews are true. Not just salty people like this guy makes them out to be. Lucky they got 2 stars from me. They can't do anything to make this better. The pic I attached to this post was taken in 57 degree weather. Not entirely cold enough to make exhaust look white. My car will definitely overheat in summer costing me a lot of money. Thanks metro motors!

The first night we brought it home it rained and the moon roof lines leaked water all over the floor of the car. Two months later, the motor blew up because oil was leaking so badly, and it costs her $3,900.00 to get it repaired and 411 Trucks and Auto would not help her fix any of it and I think that is pretty sorry of a business. When you buy a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to make you aware of any problems, so I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and speaking with an attorney. I have never been lied to like she was lied to about a vehicle that cost $6,800.00. That's not alot of money for some people, but for a single mother, it's alot and it's about doing the right thing. I would be leary of this car dealer. They lie straight to your face and sale complete garbage for vehicles. They wouldn't even let her pay them to repair it, then trade it for a different vehicle. That says alot in itself. They don't even trust their on mechanics and won't trade a vehicle they sold less than two months ago for cash. I will add photos of the repair bill once we get it out of the shop. I'm pretty sick right now and honesty is everything in my opinion.

I get that dealerships want people to finance with them instead of the bank so that they can make…read moremore money off of you, but this dealership ESPECIALLY doesn't like it. After waiting 2 hours for them to send me a deal sheet for me to take to the bank, they added their OPTIONAL $1,397 "Warranty" to the deal sheet (without me asking or telling me that they had done so) and after I asked to opt out they told me they couldn't sell me the car or they'd "take a loss" on it. MIND you, between my first contact with the dealership, and them telling they would not sell me the vehicle for what they had it listed as, 3 days had gone by. They had 3 days to figure something like this out. So either they know this and try to take advantage of people or they don't care enough to provide decent service. Shop elsewhere if possible.

They politely offered the same price as online and then when drafting the paperwork, added a $3200 "adjustment" and $1500 for fees in the quote, making the "discounted" vehicle more than sticker. When asking about the mark up, they were honest and said that is their additional profit and that they do not actually sell cars at the advertised price. I went to another dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle without the markup and with reasonable fees. Buyer beware. They will use deceptive practices to mark the vehicle up. After looking around, we saw a few models at Sutherlin that we wanted to test drive and called to make an appointment. We both absolutely hate car shopping and put it off for as long as possible. The day finally came, and we made it to Sutherlin and were greeted at the door by Rob Huppman. He asked all the important questions and took us around to the models we wanted to see. He gave us all the great information and details about each model. We test drove two different models and decided that we liked the Impreza Sport over the Crosstrek. What I loved about Rob is that there was almost zero pressure, even after we all came back inside and started "negotiating." We were able to get the price we wanted for the car and for our trade-in. We dealt with Andy to finalize all the paperwork and finances. All in all, it took around 3 hours from start to finish. We came back the next day with our payment and to pick up our new Subie. We were in and out under 30 minutes. We cannot recommend Sutherlin enough. Everyone we dealt with here was awesome and most importantly, they were 100 percent transparent with us, which is rare these days in the car industry.
