    Where to start, holy smokes!…read more Inquired about a late model BMW X5, photos showed Bridgestone Alenza Runflat tires, vehicle description named "runflats" on multiple areas, even the Dealer description. We were sent a quick video taken by Jason Rosinni, quickly skimming past the tires. I got so excited about the X5 that I sent them a deposit and booked a flight to Knoxville. After my son, who is a tire expert, saw the video, he told me that they replaced the Bridgestone Alenza Runflats with Ironman Imove tires which are the cheapest tires on the market. After asking Mr. Rosinni about the switch in tires, he told me that the Bridgestone's were bald and they had to be changed. Ok, but why send me photos of Bridgestones valued at over $400 a tire installed, when they were replaced with a $143 tire? Also, the vehicle was originally sold with runflats and needs to continue to have runflats or provide a spare tire which Grayson did not. This is NOT the image BMW is striving for, and it makes me sick thinking about my experience with Mr. Rosinni. I had the most amazing experience buying my first brand new BMW in 2006, I just thought all BMW dealership were reputable, unfortunately, that can't be any more untrue. I got my $1,000 back from Grayson but had to eat my $500 airfare. NEVER AGAIN.

    Took our vehicle in because of a transmission shudder feeling was going on. They had our chevy for…read morea entire day. I walked in the next morning to check up on the service and they said, oh we were just about to call you. The problem with the vehicle was a computer reset had to be done to the transmission which should have only taken a few minutes. The cost for service was only about 100 bucks and the labor was another 100 bucks. I find it hard to believe their service staff makes 100 an hour so it obvious they are marking up labor charges as well. Total time of repair was 1 hour. So why did they have my vehicle the entire day? So now they want to open up the transmission to check things out. I called a transmission shop and they said to have the error codes reset AND flush the transmission . The other shop said this is common practice to reset and flush which was not done. I did consider taking the vehicle back to Duncan but I dont fell the proper diagnostic was done in the first place.

Then off you go to the dealership to face the sales person. Major migraine time! Not the case with the folks at Duncan Family Automotive Group! Judy Jones, the sales person who helped us, was wonderful! She was honest and upfront about everything. We did the test drive and got down to the business of the numbers. We were very pleased with the final deal. Once all the paperwork was completed, Joe, Judy's husband and fellow sales person, showed me how to operate the technology package. IE: blue tooth for our phones, the radio, that pesky clock, etc. I was truly appreciative as technology is not necessarily our thing, just ask our kids. When you go, be sure and say "Hi" to Mark and Rooster. They were both helpful in this adventure. Major THANK YOU to the entire team at Duncan Family Automotive Group! We will definitely tell everyone who sees our gorgeous Equinox about you all and the wonderful service you provided! Lastly, we will remember these fine folks when we are in the market for another vehicle.

The process at FOX TOYOTA is streamlined, everything is put on paper up front. No "magic pen" that puts down mystery dollar amounts and fees. No "computer errors" in finance that load more fees...Walt is 100% forthcoming with everything and has no issues breaking down anything from vehicle specs to financial terms. The WORST feeling is to drive away from a dealer in a vehicle you aren't completely satisfied with with a sinking feeling about the finances behind it... I've been there, BUT , never at FOX TOYOTA. My salesman, Bryson was knowledgeable…read moreand personable and explained everything throughout the process, down to every number, which was a big help considering I'd never purchased a vehicle on my own. I didn't feel pressured making any decisions. All the employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The engine light came on in my car 3 days after leaving the lot and when I called, they took it in same day free of charge and provided me with a loaner car until they can solve the issue.
