I went in for a brow lamination and tint plus a lash tint. I was never asked what shape or tint color I would like. The tint does not match my hair or skin tone and the shape is not what I would have picked. The lash tint is jet black and left stains around my eyes - I look like a punk rocker raccoon. I never received post care instructions so when I went home I scrubbed my face to get as much of the tint off as possible. I know from getting laminations before that you cannot get them wet same day so this treatment was useless and a HUGE waste of my money. On top of not getting to advise on my service, during the service I was not treated with care. I was left in the room for random amounts of time on several occasions. I had my Apple Watch so I would see if the salon would come back to check on me when they said but the times were always extended which is probably why the tints are so much darker then expected. I cannot stress this enough - do not go here.

Finally I went to Becker December 3,2025 nice guy & social able. He said he would give me a discount bc I was calling for an appointment and finally he got back to me. When I was done almost 3 hours my top head was orange . Highlights on the bottom. I was so uncomfortable so sad deep Inside. He also said I'd love it as days went by it would get better . He gave me no HOPE after that. I went ion vacation w orange too head ugly color it was terrible !!! I spent $450.00 !!! I bought his condition mask to support his business. He did give me condition treatment he said and blow dry. Even then I hated the color I didn't like it and worse being ion vacation couldn't take pictures with Orange head on my roots !! !! I was so sad my fiancé even said how could I spend that kind of money and not be happy and have orange red roots !!!! When I got back I called him he said to come in and he would fix it. I have noticed on several occasions that this new owner is not very welcoming and always seems upset and rude to certain customers ( people paying hundreds of dollars) get more respect than people paying $60. As an owner of a company you should treat everyone with respect regardless of how much they spend.
