Love the design of the custom pipe structure that displays guitars in the main showroom. If you're a guitar player, you've got to stop by just to see and experience the place. It's great. The staff is equally amazing. Philip recently set up my white Gretsch 12 string Falcon Rancher and WOW, it plays like a dream now. I didn't think the guitar was too bad off the shelf - but Philip was able to dial it in to where it plays like a dream now. So much better. I'm super thrilled. I chatted with Philip when picking my guitar up and learned he is a true luthier with the schooling and experience to back it up. He actually built guitars professionally for 10 years so he's not just a guy who changes strings. He's a guitar master craftsman who knows how to get the most out of a guitar.

I've been in twice in the last month hoping to buy an electric drum set. The first time none of the…read morekits on the floor were playable. (No power supply, rack folded in an unusable manner, etc..) When I asked about it, the sales associate said "yeah we usually don't bother keeping the low-end kits set up." I was looking at either an Alesis Strata Prime or Roland TD516. Both are about $3500. He told me to come back another day and they should be working. I went back today (ready to buy) and the Alesis is still missing the power supply. The same sales rep said, "yeah they keep disappearing." No offer to look for one or any sort of real assistance. Overall pretty disappointing.

The specific keyboard I wanted was not in stock, but he ordered it for me to be delivered to my house. It's been quite some time since I've made a purchase at guitar center and the last time I was there buying a midi controller the lady helping me seemed pretty unmotivated and didn't seem to know anything about what I was looking to purchase. I'm really glad to say Jon St Pierre was very knowledgeable, very fast to help us and provide us with good customer service, and he had a great attitude. In my opinion he is a shining example of what customer service should be especially when spending hundreds of dollars on an instrument you hope will last for a long time.

Then if you catch him in a lie and call him out he'll threaten to kick your ass!! This man is unstable and not trustworthy. I bought a R W Watson from him and was told it was built in the '90s. Not even close I called Bob Watson and was told it was built in 2008. I was also told by Roger it was Brazilian rosewood from an old piano that was salvaged for the sound board. AGAIN NOT TRUE! Now @ years layer I find out its Indian rosewood!! How did I find this out? I found Bob Watsons Facebook page and see my guitar with a sign in the background of what its made of!!! I will tell this story for the rest of my life. I hope you heed my warning
