We had a blast in the room and beat it! Once we were done we tried to decide if we wanted to do another room or axe throwing. We decided on another room, spellbound, since we didn't all have closed toe shoes. We got some drinks at the bar while waiting for the room to be set up. We ran into a few snags in the room with things not working properly. But overall still had fun with it. The staff was great! We definitely would return next time we are all in town-we still have to do the axe throwing.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and made us stand out in the rain before telling us that they would not accept us. Do not waste your time or money making reservations at this establishment. An absolute embarrassment. Based on my experience in business, this is as bad as it gets. Will not be in business much longer. Based on the email they sent us, we were expecting to attend tomorrow, but got a phone call saying the reservation was for today. Moved our entire schedule around to be let down. Embarrassing.

Well I would have loved to start my reservation at the correct time and not delay your staff. I was late 20 minutes like you were 20 minutes on my reservation. If your delay made it to where my family and I could not enjoy ourselves on the water then you should have not let us start in the first place. We were not warned that our time was being cut short. I will not return to this location or any business that's states "Ernie" on the building as he kept pointing out. Canal Fulton canoe livery kayaks are well maintained and the staff are friendly. We will be recommending them to friends and family and avoiding this location for now on. So if you're thinking about kayaking here, look into canal Fulton... same water, better staff, better pricing, better trip!!!

My fiancé and I booked the Anger package which included a TV and 30 wine bottles to smash for $50. We showed up 15 mins early (like they suggest) and got started right away. I loved every minute of it. MENTAL HEALTH NOTE: I recently weened off my antidepressant and have had some serious mood swings ever since. In short, we found this place bc I told my fiancé I just wanted to break stuff or do something exhilarating to feel alive (because that's how I used to deal with big feelings as a young adult). Coming here allowed me to release some of the rage that's been building up and it let me tap into that feeling of power/strength when you're destructive. Im so glad they created an environment where I could break sh*t without ruining my own stuff or dealing with the aftermath. Bonus: It was so awesome seeing my very emotionally stable and logical fiancé get a taste of how good letting go and being crazy and destructive can feel. I'll be back!
