I ordered from the restaurant website using online ordering. 10 naked wings, medium sauce, side of blue cheese. For pickup. I submit payment and receive a confirmation email with a timestamp at 5:32pm. It says it will take about 10-20 minutes to be ready so I get to the restaurant early and wait in the car until 5:55pm, then go inside to get my order. I give them my name, "oh sorry, that's not ready yet, it will be just a few minutes." Sounds good, so I sit on the bench near the door. 6:12pm, "Excuse me, can you check on my order, it has been 40 minutes." "Oh, sorry, let me check now." Does not come back for 10 minutes and then doesn't even tell me what's going on as if I never asked her. 6:27pm, "What is going on?" "Oh, what is the name on your order?" "Mark. Here's the email." "Oh, that's not ready because it just came in." "No, I ordered almost an hour ago. What is the problem?" "Oh, sorry, I confused your order for another one. Let me check on it." Comes back 11 minutes later, with my order. 1 hour 6 minutes between the confirmation email and receiving an order of 10 naked wings with medium buffalo sauce and a side of blue cheese. Worse, the wings were overcooked, tough, and had almost no sauce on them and it could not have been stronger than mild sauce. I understand that sometimes problems happen at restaurants and things can get out of control, but this is not acceptable at all for a very simple and basic order. I had ordered last night 11.4.22 from this location. NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered Buffalo shrimp 10 mild and Buffalo wings 20 mild and there was no sauce. Not on them, not on the side no where. Nope. Ordered Uber Eats, I ordered a Cheeseburger medium with mushrooms and 2 types of cheese. Only came with one, and BEYOND well done. Inedible. I ordered flap wings, medium sauce. Way overcooked as well to the point where almost no meat was left just cartilage attached to the super rough skin and almost no sauce with no flavor. Terrible experience. The place was hardly occupied and I sat at the bar for a long time without service I had to flag 1 of the 4 waitresses behind the bar to get a beer...had to flag someone to take our order. 5-6 waitresses were in the kitchen eating cups of ice cream! Another customer came in for her take out and she waited forever, they lost her order...they did give her a credit on food next time. Don't know what possessed us to go there but the Hooters was new to Weston, so we decided to give it a try. I mean, how bad could the wings be right? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt..it's new, maybe still working out the kinks. But this is a well-established chain and you'd think they should have this down by now. The service was abysmal! It couldn't have been worse if they literally pulled people off the street and put them in uniform. Our waitress took 10 minutes to even come and say hello on a slow night with maybe 5 tables total occupied. We ordered salads and wings. For some reason, they make the salads upside down...with all the garnishes at the bottom of the bowl, and lettuce piled on top. That took 20 minutes to get. Took another 15 to get the wings. and I can't forget our side of fries...served in a hooters cup? so you get almost no fries at all. The wings were tiny, dry, almost devoid of sauce. The waitress didn't know what sauces there were or how to describe them, other than telling us "look at the menu". The worst part was there were two managers on the floor. One in the kitchen who spent the entire night eating while watching the floor (disgusting and unprofessional) and another who kept scurrying around looking busy, doing nothing but picking up dirty plates/baskets. Never stopped at a table to ask how things were. If you want great wings, good service and a family atmosphere go to Wings of Weston. We have given this location so many chances. This is the 4th and last shot we will give them. Each time we order take out, we're missing an item and the food is freezing cold. It almost looks like scraps were given to us. When you order over the phone, it goes to the call center and they give the location the order and this place never follows what the order is and charges us extra for the food we ordered. When we walked in to get the food, we gave the name of the order and the hostess said to us "I'm not sure I remember an order with that name" and left for about 20 minutes and came back with our freezing food. We spoke to the manager once before about our order (we genuinely never do that) and the manager could absolutely care less. We've attempted to eat in person here as well and the food is still disgusting and we watched our server socialize with her coworkers our entire visit and only came back to give us our check. We had no water and had to ask other employees for refills. Please fix this location. We love hooters food but this Weston location is absolute garbage. read more

The worst service that we have ever experienced. I think it was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Sunday night, the restaurant was not busy at all. We asked to be seated outside which probably was the only good thing. We waited at least 15 min for the waitress to come and acknowledge us (no greeting) She asked if we were ready to order. She was surprised and took the burger. I had to remind her my order. To what she answered, oh, ok! I also asked for our appetizer, she said then that it was taking longer cause the oil was not hot enough...at that point I did not know if she was joking. She brought the appetizer then I asked again for water. She then came back, of course 20 minutes later with my meal and water. We wanted to order dessert and that took forever as well. Forget about more drinks. We noticed that all her tables were unattended. They were dirty, full with dirty plates and glasses. She would not walk around to at least check on them. Same as she did with us. No follow up whatsoever about our food or to clean up. I am not sure if the bus person was not around or does not exist. But whatever was the case she did not pay attention to her tables. I wondered if she did not know that that would affect her sales therefore her tips. A simple dinner that could have finished in 2 hours or less took us 4 hours. Awful, awful service! We honestly felt bad for her because it was not her fault. It is clear that she was thrown to the floor without proper preparation. Her performance only showed lack of training, which is responsibility of managers and supervisors. By the way, I am sure none of them were around that night. And if they were, they neglected the outdoor area cause it was a mess. Bad service She did not know the menu She did not know how to place the order (first the appetizer then the meal) She did not have people skills (no greeting, no follow up, no conversation) She did not keep her area clean She missed the opportunity to upsell Hopefully they will take this review as a tool for a better training. I use to love Hooters and haven't been to one in at least five years. Happen to be in Weston, saw this Hooters and decided to order a dish I remember as being really good. Well......big disappointment. The bartender didn't ask me if I wanted the mahi fried or blackened, it came fried. Then it had too much of the sauce on it, not good. Finally, the third piece of mahi was very, very fishy so I left it. Never eat something that doesn't taste right! Of course my drink was diet pepsi according to a note on the menu, after I asked if it was diet coke, she said it was (for some reason, if it was Pepsi, it tasted more like diet coke which never happened before). ??? Good old Hooters has this new location in Weston and it should do very well. I had not been to a Hooters in 5 or 6 years dip I was eager to go the the nice clean new store not too far from home. The menu has changed considerably over the years and several favorites are no longer offered. The original wings are still terrific and itveas great to have them again. The soles wings get an A+ and I will be sack for more Tried several other wing types and sauces, all very good. The wings were served hot and exactly as ordered. No leftovers.
