Awful customer service! Asked to be seated in a different section and the manager refused. We had a large party and when half of our party got their food it was cold. The other half of our party received their food after the 1st half finished eating. Don't waste your time or money! read more

It's a nice new style location. Food is what I expected. It was quite good and the service was above average. I'll be back.

Ate here for the second time(at this location) I ALWAYS get the bone in wings hot and curly fries. I can't get anything else cause the wings(hot) are so good I would feel I'm missing something. The hot isn't spicy as it sounds but just right. Service was wonderful like always plus the beautiful women. Good attitudes. Good atmosphere. Good food. What more can u ask for? read more

This place has got to have the worst service I have ever experienced, it's laughable. The wings both boneless and regular taste like cardboard... I don't understand how people can eat here. The bar atmosphere is fun tho... As long as you don't mind waiting forever for a beer this place is a nice place to have a drink once in awhile or catch a game. read more

PLEASE BE WARNED... I went to This Hooters on Sunday 7/12/2015. I have not been able to sleep or eat for 5 days! I'm now going to doctor to see if I have food poisoning, I have not had a solid stool nor is it controllable. I am a fan of the wings and that's what I got wings and curly fries. Now I have lost 15 pounds in just 4 days of eating there. Other Yelp reviewers warned on this restaurant I didn't listen. Now I feel like I'm literally about to die. Service was below average the servers are more intrigued with their coworkers than actually working. The food had a unfamiliar twang, I should have stop when I noticed it but I didn't thus a hospital visit for me today. Please don't take this post lightly it may save your body from harm. read more

Worst Hooter's in the country. Lacks in service and the staff should not be allowed to wear the outfit. Had to ask for silverware and towels. The food was stale and lacked the normal flavors. None of the staff know how to "flirt" and have fun. Three of the girls were talking about how bad their tips were yesterday, I know why. This location should lose its franchise. Go just about anywhere else for a better time. read more

They told my friend they couldn't put salt on her margarita because they dumped it out already. I ordered one 20 minutes later and it came with salt. My friend was pissed. LOL don't come here expecting great service. read more

Food good. Servers not really what you would expect. Reason for one star is the management. Especially regional manager. Think his name is Pat. Worst ever makes a big seen in front of customers for nothing that staff could have done. We walked out. I would love have taken him out back to tach him some respect and how to talk to people. I called corporate to make a report. It was a joke. Never going again. read more

What can you say about that hasn't already been said? Of course if you like buffalo wings the food is delicious. The highlight of the visit was our server, Brittany. Such a pleasant young lady, it was so nice to meet her. read more

New location, so its nice and clean. Now the food is ok and they have angry orchard cider. which equals a thumbs up from me. I've always had the wings so i cant tell you about the other food but the service was good even after the saints game so im sure ill be back. read more

I'm giving this update based on our visit on 7/19/17. We started off on a bad foot because we waited outside 20 minutes in the sweltering heat with no fans and no server. Once I requested service by walking inside, manager Kevin (I think was his name) came to us immediately. He apologized and immediately got us a server. Natalie was an absolute gem of a server and tended to us completely. I hope this is an indication of a change and that it stays in place. Food was fresh and delish. Beer cold! read more

I have always had good service and good food there. The wings are top notch and bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings wings. The beer is good and cold too. read more

Seated quickly but food came out cold. They were not busy and didn't refill our water either.

The restaurant was not busy at all. Worst service I've ever had. The Waitresses were more interested in watching TV then waiting on tables

Hooters of Slidell I stopped by the New Hooters of Slidell on Gause Blvd just off of the I 10 in Slidell Louisiana. I had read about Hooters renovating there stores across the country with an all new layout and new menu so I was l looking forward to visiting this brand new location. The Hooters of Slidell has an new fresh look for sure. The inside is spacious, more open modern looking than that of other Hooters. This store has plenty of windows which helps brighten up inside. I have never seen so many TV's (I think there are 55). I didn't get a good look but, they do have out door Patio seating. I prefer the high table seating over the booths and these tables appear to be a bit larger, giving us a more elbow room. I like the closed kitchen look with mid restaurant bar. It just seems cleaner than having an open kitchen. Out waitress Ashely was great. I was disappointed in the menu. Based on what I read, I was expecting an all new menu. The food was good don't get me wrong. I was only disappointed because of anticipating an a new menu. I had the only new dish on the Hooters of Slidell menu. The Buffalo chicken salad (Spicy Garlic) and it was good. Four of us ate and with one appetizer, our bill was about $55. Hooters - Sports Bars Near Me - Slidell, Louisiana

honestly, good luck getting any type of service unless you're a man. I sat at the bar completely unnoticed for 10 minutes while all the new girls for shift change sat across from me. couldn't they of gotten the bar tender or at least say she will be right over. when she finally came she assumed it was take out. I ordered my food and was ignored until it came. the food looked okay in my Togo box until I opened it in the car. my wings were sitting in a swimming pool of grease. I wouldn't of fed them to my dog. will not be going back read more

This is probably one of my favorite steakhouses. It was kinda gruff but our waiter Tom really made us feel at home. He offer a round on the house and gave us two free steaks. If you don't go in and get I think Bella as a server you're doing yourself a disservice. Highly recommendable and great atmosphere for big sporting events. TIME TO CHOW!!! read more

Just left the hooters in Slidell, LA and will not ever go back even if the waitress was nude and the food was free as I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. The waitress Julia look like a slob the shirt she was wearing looked like it hasn't been washed in a month, she never had a smile on her face and only asked once if I needed anything like she was going out of her way to serve me. I got a salad and Philly cheesesteak sandwich and asked for the salad to come first she brought the salad and the sandwich together and by the time I finish the salad the sandwich was cold the fries were nasty, and on top of it I had to pay $1.58 for a side of ranch dressing. What a joke I could ate better at a soup kitchen, next time I'm just going to give my money to the guy at the freeway off ramp. Hooters do us all favor and close your doors. read more

Dont sit at the bar unless you work here or have been or drink here ever day. Worst Hooters i have ever been in, girls on the floor are no where to be seen and the bartender is more concerned about one side of the bar with her friends than actually serving. Sucks this is one of the only places to watch late games. read more

Slow to the table. Got order wrong. No attempt or offer to fix it. No offer to compensate in the least. Manager seemed nonchalant about the mess up. I do realize it's hooters, but I've had better service at other Hooters locations. read more

This is my third time coming to this location. The service is mediocre at best. I thought this time would be different. I ordered a big beer on draft and as soon as I took the first sip I was grossed out. The glass was washed in dirty water and spelt like a sewer. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tex mex nachos as an appetizer and we received it after our entree. The wings tasted like they weren't cooked. Save your money and go anywhere besides here. read more

This review is based on the many times I have been here. The service is always good. The food truthfully is a joke but that isn't this store's fault. They cook and serve what their corporate parents dictate. Maybe I can give them a 5 when they revamp the menu but the staff is aces. read more

The girls here are friendly and the food is always good. This location has the biggest TV of any sports bar I've ever seen. They also host trivia nights, bike nights, kids eat free night and car washes and charity events. Definitely a family friendly place more on the menu than chicken wings. Would recommend read more

Always the stop on Monday with the guys from work and family. We hit up the all you can eat wings. The Habanero BBQ sauce was spot on and awesome during this trip. Will be visiting again for sure. read more

Great service and great food. If there's a big game on there's going to be lots of people so call try and make reservations but if not no need because they'll seat you at a table very quickly. I recommend this to everyone who wants to go watch a sports game on their big 9 screen tv. read more

My daughter and I loved the food, but maybe because we were women?? Servers waiting at the front door all but rolled their eyes at us when we walked in. No hello, no welcome to Hooters, no smile, just VERY unwelcoming. My daughter said bye on the way out and of course was completely ignored. Guess we should have brought husbands/boyfriends for the girls to flirt with...??? read more

The server, Julia, was friendly, attentive and courteous. They were very busy while I was there, but there was not a delay on my food or drink refills. Great place to watch the NBA finals and other sporting events. The food was typical for what you would expect from a Hooters. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. read more

The food is decent..thats how i feel about all hooters locations. When i go i usually order the daytona wings and am usually pleased. I have only had good experiences with the servers there, but however are usually high schoolers, which makes me feel a little creepy going..but anyway. I really dislike the shouting "orders are up" coming from kitchen. It kinda ruins the experience. Other than that, i enjoy coming with friends to grab a beer and watch a game. read more

Great relaxing place to have a drink and watch sports. One of my favorite places to visit on the Northshore. The bartenders and waitresses are very friendly and efficient. read more

I been to this location many times, love the big tv behind the bar. I wish more locations had that set up for the tv. Now on a different note Hooters has cleared out about one quarter of the tables that this restaurant opened up with. Now it looks like shit and like it's about to close, not a good way to build customers. I was told it was due to not having enough waitresses, again either way it looks real bad. Even the shirt area is almost empty, so why even have it because it's pathetic looking. On a different note at least the food was the same! read more

Not impressed what so every!!! Service is aweful!!! The boneless wings are nothing to brag about. The lots-a-lots where like carnival food . Management really needs to step up their game. read more

Don't bother it's horrible. The service is the worst especially if you are sitting at the bar. The food Is all ore cooked Sysco crap all they do is stick it in the microwave or deep fryer and throw on a plate and serve it to you. The building is nice but everything else is one star. read more

I don't get the bad reviews some have done...the service has always been fast and personable. The new style is bright and open with dozens of TV's, and we have tried many of the menu items and been served quickly and hot..some of the favorites have been the blackened Mahi Mahi, Philly cheese steak, Chile, and swiss and onion burger, and the original wings. The Hooter's girls have been classy and full of personality and energy. read more

The servers are rude, arrogant, and the managers are worse than that. What a waste of a beautiful establishment, filled with unprofessional, negative, careless people. The food is never cooked how you ask for it to be, and when it is, it still isn't impressive on their best day. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Go to the hooters in Metairie! Worth the drive. read more

I didn't even have a chance to eat my food, I sat in a corner area of the restaurant all by myself and A hooters waitress who is off-hours sat down at the table next to me with her boyfriend, instantly she was surrounded by other hooter girls doing nothing but making a lot of noise screaming yelling and just making a nuisance, they were so loud I had to get up and move. when I told the manager Bianka how loud they were she was extremely rude and pretty much just told me too bad so sad. read more

Ordered over the phone and the girl said it would be 15 minutes, once I got there I waited an additional 15, got half of my order and was told the other items were coming out soon. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked if they could check on it and then the other waitress starts laughing and says, "oh you've been waiting for this? It's been sitting here!" As if it were a joke. Definitely not funny and definitely not going back. read more

Been to a few different hooters here and there. This place was nice when it opened but has quickly tanked. The quality of service has consistently gone down over the course of my 8 or so visits.
