1st game of the football season and they had wheel of fortune playing. Asked for a Dos XX, and they bring me Bud Light or something. With no lime. .. I told them it wasn't Dos XX, and I asked for them to dress my beer.... so they bring me another beer that isn't Dos XX and it's not even cold. Mug looks like it was rolled around in salt Don't come here if you want to have a good experience. read more

We've come to the Selma Hooters since they opened and have always enjoyed the Caesars salads. Tonight we got two Caesar side salads with a six piece chicken tenders. I ordered a Padre Island ice tea, which was very good. Both of our side salads had rotten lettuce. We have never encountered this here. Probably a third of each of our side salads had browned lettuce as well as black rotten lettuce. We couldn't even finish them. The tenders were good. My husband mentioned it to our waitress but she only asked if we wanted new salads. We were so disgusted with the salads that we just wanted to leave. They should have comped the salads considering how disgusting they looked. Probably won't go back anymore unless someone reaches out and gifts us really good fresh salads. That's what we paid for. read more

All I need to say in lemon pepper wings!!!! Make sure you ask for extra lemon pepper. This is your typical Hooters nothing more nothing less. I have been to worse. The wings were just how I expected them to be. read more

Hooters - Heineken on TAP!!! You good with me. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Selma, Texas

I ordered the fish and chips, and also the fried pickles. The pickles were ok. I really like their ranch and spicy ranch dressings. Now about the fish and chips...yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. The batter on the fish was crisp, light, and thick. The fish was moist and flakey. The curly fries were ok. The coleslaw was also pretty good. I bet the crispy fish tacos are good based on this fish. The waitress was only attentive for half the meal. Had to flag her down several times, but she was nice. I definitely will order the fish again. read more

Nice location. food was good came out quick and hot. Waitstaff were friendly and more than accommodating. Loved the various sauces and different from the other locations I've been to this one had smoked wings and bacon wrapped! Will definitely be coming back read more

Came in for crawfish. They were under spiced. Only flavor was from powder on top. Corn and potatoes were cold and unappealing. American Mule was way sweet. Waitress was sweet and tried to help but kitchen and bar are subpar read more

I do not recommend this Hooters. Service was terrible and food came out cold. Our waitress was to busy spending time with her boyfriend how sat behind us. I will never go to this Hooters again. read more

The hooters here isn't good at all. I've given this place three chances and the wings just aren't right.

Got wings delivered to me great costumer service by manager . Will definitely be back in person - kyle fuller

The wings were alright. I asked the waitress to put me on some good dry rubs and recommended carribien jerk and it was not the best...

When you are over 60 and they don't serve a beer without seeing your ID there is something inherently wrong. I mean SERIOUSLY? When I was younger i took it as a compliment. I in no way look like I am around 21. In fact I have 40 years experience at being 21. That's more experience than 2 of the little wait staff put together. Had my overpriced beer, see ya thanks. read more

The servers are great frendly and ambitious. Two words, hair net. Not one but two long hairs in my shrimp. I used to go to Hooters alot. The wings were a lot better back then. Mid-ninties. I've been twice this month and both times was disappointmented with the food. Need to get back to your roots and keep it simple. I'll go to Wing Stop any day and be happy. You used to be my go to. We come in a party of seven or more and it would be easy to sway the group to eat else where. Get back to the basics. read more

Such horrible service. I cant even write about. Managers were horrible and waitress were horrible. I use to work at Hooters. Its a shame how downhill it went. Even the girls don't look the same. :( read more

Kimberly was a great server. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the cleanliness of the restrooms and the manager Jeremiahs customer service. I called to inform him of what I noticed when I walked into the restroom and all he said was okay and hung the phone up on me while I was still talking. My 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom so I proceeded to take her in. First of all two of the three lights weren't working so it was super dark in there that I had to use the flashlight on my phone. The 1st stall was so dirty and feminine products were left on the floor so we waited for the second stall to be available and it was cleaner than the 1st one but still filthy. Sad to say but my daughter still had to use it! read more

Grossest bathroom I've ever used at a restaurant. The ceiling was leaking water and seems like it was always leaking.

Came to Hooters the other day and I wasn't that impressed. Usually when we come here we really enjoy the food but this time something was off. Maybe it was just this day I'm not sure. I placed an order to go. I got the bacon wrapped Daytona, the lemon pepper, boneless hot, battered no sauce, naked hot, and some curly fries. I think we will be back and hopefully I will update my review to 5 stars. read more

Rude service to begin with. Waitress counting her tip out loud saying it wasn't enough. Then the manager Jeremiah was also being rude because we got there at 11:20. He said the kitchen closed in 15 minutes so we basically got kicked out and didn't get food. read more

I love Hooters, as I used to be a hooters girl, but the live oak hooters, when you walk in you don't get noticed or even greeted, the restaurant is dirty. read more

This location does not care for its customers. My wife and I went in for lunch on Saturday and the restaurant was not that busy. Everyone was standing around not doing anything. Sat at the table for ten minuets with nothing got up to leave and told the hostess and she laughed as we walked out. Funny thing is I'm a bartender and a great tipper. Went to a place down the street with hotter girls. read more

Ordered wings for delivery last night and I've been sick ever since. Woke up with cramping, diarrhea and nausea.

Instead of taking our order the waitress was scrubbing floors. Instead of getting our order correct she was talking with coworkers. Service is whack. Food was mediocre at best. read more

Ehhh, echoing the other Yelpers this place is average. I love Hooters and the wings are my favorite but the food just wasn't where I needed it to be. Ordered 15 medium wings, bone in & breaded, plus curly fries. Food came out quick but cold? Fries were half full and no curls. Just little pieces like I got the bag remnants....curve fries? Crescent moon fries? Soleil Moon-Frye? Wings looked good but weren't fully breaded, tasted ultra mild not medium, and I got one watery cup of blue cheese. Sad :( Beer was amazing, very cold and icy. Servers are great as usual, saved the experience. And the location looks modern and new. Every game was on. The annoying lady to my right made everything worse so please use +/- 2 when using my review to decide. read more

Not the greatest, food is quick. But the place is usually empty regardless of day and time? What gives...?

Ordered to go through Uber eats at 8:30pm on Friday night. I ordered pretzels with cheese and curly fries with cheese because I felt like cheese tonight. Pretzels are old and taste like croutons. The blend into the black box and brown couch. 3 stars because the cheese was decent so the night isn't ruined. read more

If you want to go to this Hooters for wings, drive to a different location or a different restaurant. Neither the kitchen nor the management care about the food they serve to customers. This is reinforced here on Yelp as the manager looks to only reply to positive comments and apparently doesn't care about all the negative ones. My wife and 2 kids went there tonight. I ordered a Shrimp and Spinach salad and 10 naked wings without the balsamic vinegar dressing, my wife ordered boneless wings extra wet. After about 20 minutes, the order comes out and my wings are cold, dry and stale with very little of the Chesapeake spice on them. My wife's extra wet boneless wings are also barely warm and the sauce looks thick and congealed. The salad had the dressing in it that I asked for it not to have. I am not usually one to send food back, but these wings had obviously sat around for quite awhile and were awful. The waitress (She did a great job! Haley from Indiana) went back to the kitchen to have our order re-cooked. "Fresh" food is brought back to us within 5 minutes, which normally would be great, but wings take longer than that to cook, even when par cooked. These wings were no different than the first order. My wife's boneless wings were again barely warm, but they did put fresh hot sauce on them at least. As I said, the kitchen/management doesn't care about what they serve. Sorry Hooters, you just made Wing Stop even more popular to me now. read more

This is NOT my favorite Hooters in the San Antonio area, but the service is OK. The Hooters Girls are nice and have done well with our orders. My big concern though is the food and the facilities. It seems like the building, the tables, and everything needs a really good DEEP cleaning and that something on that magnitude hasn't been done in a while. Perhaps they need to update the facility but the kitchen looked dirty and the dining area looked worn and dirty. This includes the parking lot which looks trashed. As for the Wings, they were OK but nothing spectacular. A few of my wings were a little smaller or barely breaded. Potential here but needs work. read more

Still my favorite wings when eaten fresh and hot. We usually pick up and so rarely get to eat them hot out of the fryer, but still good nonetheless. read more

Sarah was a good server. No problems there. Food was hot and fresh... HOWEVER... One fork was very dirty with stuck food. Fried pickles were not shaken properly after frying so there was a pool of grease on the bottom of the plate and they got soggy quick. We had two wings day platters and the boneless wings we way overcooked. The wings were very dry and not the usual juiciness. The fries also had NO salt. read more

Worst experience at a Hooters EVER! I went in with a couple of friends and we had to find our own seat. Once there, we asked a person to find us a waitress so we could order drinks. We then had to call for our waitress every time we needed something as she was far too busy doing whatever to notice her customers. The restaurant wasnt even terribly busy, so I am not sure why such poor service was being permitted. It will be a while before I consider going back. read more

Got a to go through Uber Eats. Our order was missing the cheese we payed extra for and juice boxes that came with the kids meal. They had stapled the bag shut so we know it's not the driver's fault. read more

Extremely disappointed in our meal tonight. Started off with beer cheese and pretzels. It was way over cooked and the small amount of cheese sauce tasted over done as well. The smoked wings were also cooked too long, to the point of being dry. They really need to have their weekend cook give lessons to the weekday crew so they are more consistent. You'd think for $78, the food would measure up. read more

Very clean location. Excellent service during lunch. Food was hot and fresh. Prices were fair. Would recommend.
