Food and service were 10/10 and didn't have high expectations going into it. Would definitely come to this location again.

New food menu is amazing. I had wings with hot sauce and my wife had a burger. Both were delicious and so good that I ordered more wings to go. read more

Súper bowl Sunday.... It wasn't even packed,it was still early 3:00 ish.... Came in to this location ((haven't ever been here)) I ordered for my family all our drinks and then two appetizers and the main meal.... I didn't order anything crazy it was just chips and cheese and cheese sticks those came out fine then waited for the 50 wings and two sides of curly fries....... The service the service is what killed this whole experience..... forgetting drink refills picking up one plate and not the others .... And once the wings came out she forgot the fries...... It was all just a little annoying because it was slow ((coming from a household that has had family members in the food industry)) The waitress Hardly ever made eye contact and my husband had to flag her down.... read more

Worst bar ever before 4:00pm. After 4:00 no issue. Cameron during first shift is horrible. Bad attitude, rude, ignores customers. She prances around like gods gift to bartending. Former employees have made negative comments on her. Don't sit around the bar. read more

I gave this place two chances recently. Was totally ignored both times . First time I was waiting to be seated , servers walked by and didn't even look at me . No one ever came so I just left . Second time I was seated but my server never showed up !! I felt like an idiot , never again read more

Horrible service. Horrible food quality. We waited for over an hour for our food. When our food did arrive, everything was cold. It's Father's Day and I was craving wings. Fearing another hour long wait, we took our food and enjoyed what we could. The waitress forgot the condiments we asked for. The only thing fast was our bill. To add to this was the drama in the kitchen. I could hear the arguing from the other side of the bar. Then the cook stormed off and was leisurely cooling off in the outside dining area. Horrible management. As someone who's in management myself, a well oiled machine starts from the top. If the top is sloppy, the mess tends to slide down hill. read more

Best place yet I went there today and and was intrigued by how good the food was The wings where very fresh the chicken sandwiches where so divine But the best flavor was spicy garlic it is so hot! But thank you and keep up the hard work! read more

Ordered curbside grilled tacos and nachos, the nachos had no chili small amount of cheese and the chicken was drenched with chili powder. The tacos were also terrible hardly any fish and no flavor. And lastly curbside was nonexistent had to go inside to pickup order and had to stand at reception stand for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Never again. read more

I wouldn't waste my time it was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten I was treated like a peice of sh*t the entire time I was seated lied to about the beer selection made to wait 20 minute by a server who didn't even get my order correct at all I mean I understand if you don't like your job but she put it all the wrong food and beer choices and ignored me and my friends the girl with the flat black hair and braces is the worst server I've ever had in my entire life ignorant the ambiance was shit because they had a Dj who didn't get the vibe at all and made it so the servers couldn't here don't eat here they make ur chicken rubbery and gross any other hooters would be fine but this one is not the one read more

HOLY HELL! What a dive! Snotty rude servers, ZERO knowledge of the menu or selection, burnt wings, filth abounds and still they carry this arrogant "we're Hooters, so F@&k you" attitude. Keeping up nicely with inflated prices, though... and obviously desperate for help because our server never drank-let alone served a beer-which took 17 minutes to get once we sat down! Wasn't even crowded!!! Unbelievable. I get COVID-19 and all but seriously, this is pushing it way past reasonable. Take out advice and go to ANYWHERE else. This place sucks!! Wish I could select 0 stars! read more

Showed up with my dog, supposed to be dog friendly. Outdoor area closed, no apology, no warning on website, plans ruined. Strike 2 for this place for me, they won't get a third. read more

I dunno if this place is homophobic or something? Was really weird. Had never been to a Hooters before, so this was my first experience of the place. I go in and wait at the entrance as there was a sign to wait to be seated, and end up waiting there like ten minutes before someone came over. Then they kept trying to get me to take my food to go, then told me I could sit on a bench outside the seating area. I had to ask if I could sit at a table, rather. Salad was super wilted too, if that matters. I don't know if in 2021 only cis men are allowed at hooters? Felt very uncomfortable. read more

Was not a great experience waitress didn't come back to check on us once, and doesn't even look at us when walking by when we're clearly not eating anymore. Had to ask for my check. On top of that they got my order wrong. Would not return. read more

The food and drinks were alright. The service we got from the server was prompt so we had no complaints until I checked my bank account. I tipped the server 10 dollars cash and left two dollar tip on my card. Only to find out our server added a 1 in front of the 2 and stole $10! I'm am beyond upset this server felt the need to steal and no telling who else she has done this to. It would be so nice if the manager would give me back the money she stole but I highly doubt that will happen so I will never return to this hooters location and nobody else should unless you want your money stolen! read more

I have traveled all over the country and world and this is by far the worse Hooters restaurant. They are so disorganized and managed like a Taqueria ... I stood there for over 20 minutes just to be seated they were barely 20% full and then had to ask multiple times for a football game to be put on the tv by my table only to be told they didn't have that channel when in fact they already had the game on other TV's on the the other side of the restaurant... I had to walk across the restaurant to confront the manager to get the television changed because he kept telling the waitress they didn't have that channel and sends the waitress away two different times she came back and told me she asked him and he kept telling her they didn't have it (FS-1) until I went over there and got upset with him.....all This guy does is sit there as he always does and then proceeds to tell me to calm down that he was going to call the police because I told him to do his Fu** job... It's his job to know what's going on in the restaurant and to make sure there are sports on the TV's this is not the first time I walk in this place and there a major games being played only to have the tvs on a regular tv show.. I will never return to this location it's a typical valley managed restaurant no class or common sense! read more

What a joke. I lived down the street from the original Hooters, and the chain used to be a place to go to when we rode cross country on our bikes. This location is literally five minutes away from my house. My wife and I went there for New Year's Eve lunch, and were disappointed. Service, food...just pathetic. Thought maybe it was because they were somewhat new to the area. Went there today. I was wondering why, once seated, we had not been visited by a waitress. It had been twelve minutes. I stood up, counted the patrons. 22 people in the place. Three bartenders, eight wait staff and a guy in a grey shirt that I wouldn't want as a patron, never mind a manager. I'm not really sure how one screws up nachos...well, go there and find out! We discussed it with our clueless waitress. She didn't recognize that we we being critical and not joking. Whatever. I was hoping when they opened that we were finally getting a chain restaurant in the area that would be worth going to....but alas, typical Valley poor service and food that is less than desirable. read more

I'm not sure what is going on with the one star rating but this hooters is solid. I came during lunch and I was promptly seated and my hooters girl Rebecca was very quick and professional. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out in a decent amount of time. The place is brand new and clean. It was not too crowded so that may have influenced my experience. Several people from management came and asked me how I was doing. This is not a food truck and the girls are not paid to sit on your lap. So get over yourselves valley folk. I had a nice experience and the food was good . read more

Ok I understand the mask when you walk in issue but if I go to the patio to smoke with my beer n attempt to come back in with my beer and I'm told I need to where my mask every time I stand up n leave the bar and I look around and don't see any other customer walking around with a mask on and not one person that works in that establishment is saying anything to them is BullShit. read more

Hooters has lost mine and my friends business. Not only are their beers over priced, $8 they also limit you at how many beers you can have in an hour! Who does that? We go there to watch games/fights, drink, eat and have a good time. This just brought all our vibes down. We'll never be going back. Ojos locos would never allow this, plus they got $4 beers!! read more

Went to eat here for the first time EVER and got food poisoning with my mom and husband. Diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and headaches are what we are dealing with. I spoke to management and the man who spoke to me was so rude. He basically told me we couldn't do anything except sue y'all. All I wanted was a refund or at least an apology. Who cares about me tho my 53 year old mom dealing with these symptoms is not a joke. I'm pretty upset. Not to mention the long wait times, the cold fries and onion rings, and slow service is just another reason to never come here again. DO NOT give these people your business. Go to Applebee's. You may end up having to cancel your next days plans to lay in bed after paying a whopping $70 for a dinner that poisoned you. read more

Wow. Went to the bar. Bar is half full with 3 bartenders. After 10 minutes I get asked if I want something to drink. I asked for s menu and said don't go far because I'm hungry and pretty sure I know what I want. 30 minutes later no one to order from because they are to busy shooting the shit amongst themselves. I said I came here to eat and no service and they tabbed me out. If you go don't sit at the bar. Very incompetent employees. I should have spoke to the manager. read more

Came here with my daughters. At first the service was great until the waitress said "I'm tired. I'm going to sit down" Shortly after she failed to bring fries we ordered even after we reminded her several times. We then asked for dessert and the waitress forgot to bring dessert. I walked inside to tell her we need the dessert and check. It then took her 20 minutes to do so. Finally, I had to the manager over and discuss her poor service. The manager politely apologized and provided 50% for the meal as well as coupons. read more
