Food and service were 10/10 and didn't have high expectations going into it. Would definitely come to this location again.

Súper bowl Sunday.... It wasn't even packed,it was still early 3:00 ish.... Came in to this location ((haven't ever been here)) I ordered for my family all our drinks and then two appetizers and the main meal.... I didn't order anything crazy it was just chips and cheese and cheese sticks those came out fine then waited for the 50 wings and two sides of curly fries....... The service the service is what killed this whole experience..... forgetting drink refills picking up one plate and not the others .... And once the wings came out she forgot the fries...... Horrible service. Horrible food quality. We waited for over an hour for our food. When our food did arrive, everything was cold. It's Father's Day and I was craving wings. Fearing another hour long wait, we took our food and enjoyed what we could. The waitress forgot the condiments we asked for. The only thing fast was our bill. To add to this was the drama in the kitchen. I could hear the arguing from the other side of the bar. Then the cook stormed off and was leisurely cooling off in the outside dining area. I dunno if this place is homophobic or something? Was really weird. Had never been to a Hooters before, so this was my first experience of the place. I go in and wait at the entrance as there was a sign to wait to be seated, and end up waiting there like ten minutes before someone came over. Then they kept trying to get me to take my food to go, then told me I could sit on a bench outside the seating area. I had to ask if I could sit at a table, rather. The food and drinks were alright. The service we got from the server was prompt so we had no complaints until I checked my bank account. I tipped the server 10 dollars cash and left two dollar tip on my card. Only to find out our server added a 1 in front of the 2 and stole $10! I'm am beyond upset this server felt the need to steal and no telling who else she has done this to. It would be so nice if the manager would give me back the money she stole but I highly doubt that will happen so I will never return to this hooters location and nobody else should unless you want your money stolen! read more

I have traveled all over the country and world and this is by far the worse Hooters restaurant. They are so disorganized and managed like a Taqueria ... I stood there for over 20 minutes just to be seated they were barely 20% full and then had to ask multiple times for a football game to be put on the tv by my table only to be told they didn't have that channel when in fact they already had the game on other TV's on the the other side of the restaurant... I had to walk across the restaurant to confront the manager to get the television changed because he kept telling the waitress they didn't have that channel and sends the waitress away two different times she came back and told me she asked him and he kept telling her they didn't have it (FS-1) until I went over there and got upset with him.....all This guy does is sit there as he always does and then proceeds to tell me to calm down that he was going to call the police because I told him to do his Fu** job... It's his job to know what's going on in the restaurant and to make sure there are sports on the TV's this is not the first time I walk in this place and there a major games being played only to have the tvs on a regular tv show.. I will never return to this location it's a typical valley managed restaurant no class or common sense! read more

What a joke. I lived down the street from the original Hooters, and the chain used to be a place to go to when we rode cross country on our bikes. This location is literally five minutes away from my house. My wife and I went there for New Year's Eve lunch, and were disappointed. Service, food...just pathetic. Thought maybe it was because they were somewhat new to the area. Went there today. I was wondering why, once seated, we had not been visited by a waitress. It had been twelve minutes. I stood up, counted the patrons. 22 people in the place. Three bartenders, eight wait staff and a guy in a grey shirt that I wouldn't want as a patron, never mind a manager. I'm not really sure how one screws up nachos...well, go there and find out! We discussed it with our clueless waitress. She didn't recognize that we we being critical and not joking. Whatever. I was hoping when they opened that we were finally getting a chain restaurant in the area that would be worth going to....but alas, typical Valley poor service and food that is less than desirable. read more

I'm not sure what is going on with the one star rating but this hooters is solid. I came during lunch and I was promptly seated and my hooters girl Rebecca was very quick and professional. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out in a decent amount of time. The place is brand new and clean. It was not too crowded so that may have influenced my experience. Several people from management came and asked me how I was doing. This is not a food truck and the girls are not paid to sit on your lap. So get over yourselves valley folk. I'm going to sit down" Shortly after she failed to bring fries we ordered even after we reminded her several times. We then asked for dessert and the waitress forgot to bring dessert.
