Just had a horrible lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings! Cynthia the bartender is a very unprofessional! She brought out my salad like 10 minutes after bringing out my co workers wings and didn't even bring me dressing! So I politely asked for dressing. She said "yes I'll get it right now." She proceeds to enter an order and then turns to the men at the bar and starts taking their order. My co worker got up and asked her for dressing and she said she would get it when she got a chance! I stormed off into the kitchen myself and slammed my hand on the counter and the manager turned around shocked! I asked him for dressing which was already sitting in the counter! Cynthia then comes back and asks "is that enough dressing or do you need more?" I said it's enough! When we were ready to check out she wanted to cash us out! I told her ma'am we haven't seen you the whole time we've been here! I had to go get my own dressing! Her response is "well, you ate didn't you?!" By that time I had had enough of her! I told her she was rude and I told her she's in the service industry.. she's supposed to serve us! She just said well you're being rude to me. And I told her she's deserves it and she needs to look for an other job if she doesn't want to help her customers!! About 10 minutes later, asked when we might be getting them and was told We didn't tell him the sauce we wanted so he didn't order. My response was that he didn't ask.... Refilled my $11 margarita but not my husbands tea or son's soda even once, actually set son's cup at edge of table and he took it but brought nothing back. Then food comes, not wings so asked where they were again and he said he would be right back with them. In meantime, we notice that Husband's All American Cheeseburger had no cheese or tomatoes. All he ordered was the cheeseburger w lettuce and tomatoes so he got a plain burger w only lettuce. The server said he repeated what my husband wanted and it was his fault.....super rude. At same time he asks for our phone number to credit us for the wings. WE NEVER GOT THE WINGS but he was going to charge us and then credit us bc it was in my app. I said you never brought the wings, why would I give you my phone number for something we didn't get. We ALWAYS tip at least 20% as I bartended for 15 years but this was the first time I left and gave $0. Yajaira real bad server never came to gave us menus, napkins, refills, extra plates, ketchup got up several times to get our own things and restaurant was not busy but full of dirty tables and floors. Food was cold and sloppy. She was more interested in attending the men than us. We asked for our beers for last call and never brought them then she says were notgonna get charged for beer and i told her what are u gonna charge us if u never brought our drinks ? !! What a joke !! People put up with it cuz it's a franchise but it sucks. Bubbas 33 is 100 times better need one in Harlingen. The woman's bathroom at this restaurant is worse than a shitty truck stop bathroom on a back country road. The stall doors don't lock ( some of them don't even close), the toilet paper dispensers are falling off the walls, there's no hot water and the paper towel dispensers are broken. I will not return! We went here two days in a row. Both times while in the parking lot we were approached by pan handlers looking for food, money, beer and cigarettes. (They actually asked for those exact items.). I felt so uncomfortable about the guy yesterday I turned around and got back in my car and left (he was standing at the front entry). Today, we waited 8 minutes to be sated, no one greeted us at the wait to be seated sign though employees made eye contact with us and passed near us. Then I finally approached an employee who said sit where you like. We went to the only open tale where we were promptly informed by a different employee that the table was taken (no one was waiting near the wait to be seated sign). Lastly, we expected it to be noisy inside but it was actually just way too loud of volume on the the game. It actually hurt my ears and head it was so loud. In summary, I tried to dine here twice. Both times I found it to be uncomfortable and discovered such a lack of care for the customer iI ended up not eating there. I will not try to eat there again! read more

Not in your typical BW3 stand alone building. Interior is large with plenty of seating and TVs. Unlike some of the previous reviews, our visit was a good one. The greeter was friendly and our waitress was fast, attentive, and friendly as well. It was busy with many tables full of people watching football but everyone looked to be getting good service. Went today hoping it got better than the last time went and honestly was twice as worse. Place was mess, trash on the floor, fries here and there, the hostess sat us on a dirty table and badly cleaned the table with a rag she found on a random booth. We relocated to a clean table on our own. Then the waiter took our drinks and 15 min passed and I got up to see what happened and our waiter was just there in the kitchen along with other employees talking. We ordered wings as an appetizer for 3, they arrived hot but at least 49 minutes later, good, but we were so hungry we ordered burgers knowing it would be a long wait. We always go after 1pm to avoid the lunch crowd. We are always seated promptly and our orders taken right away. Beer selection is the best in town and the 2.99 pints on Wednesdays are a great deal for the premium beers such Guinness. The wings are always good with a huge selection of sauces to choose from.
