Cool hookah spot and bar. Plenty of seating and the music was bomb. They've got great deals, especially on Sundays. Bring a jacket, they tend to keep it cold in there. read more

Hookah Hotspot - Hookah Bars Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Sooo i got here around 9/930.. it wasn't that many ppl. The bartender met me at the bar and asked if i would like to sit at the bar or at a table. I chose a table. I was there for around two hours.. had my hookah going , had four drinks. Just vibing ( i was by myself too btw) and a guy was sitting right beside me he was alone too. Tell me why the a lady ( I'm guessing she was the owner) came up to me and say 'i just sold this table' so I'm bamboozled honestly because i been here since like 9pm when shit wasn't popping: then she says you can stand up at the bar , I'm sorry. I didn't want to stand up or be around hella ppl that's why i picked to sit at a table.. so i paid my tab and left. I spent like $80 for the hookah and drinks and left a small tip. I was honestly thrown off and mad so the tip reflected that. Although it wasn't the hookah girl fault. But i legit tracked to Charlotte to catch a vibe and this place threw me off. That was so rude . I get she was getting a bigger profit off of the table and it was more ppl but like damn? It's common courtesy.. it was fucked up in my opinion. When supporting black businesses goes wrong. Lol i definitely won't be back... read more

So yeah this place is the go to hookah spot. Heard about this place from a friend so gave it a shoot on a Saturday night. It's not a very big place but a nice size. The server came right up as we sat down. Asked if we had any questions and immediately took drink order. Once we ordered the hookah it was a very short wait before the server returned with it. The service is on point. They were changing the coals on a great pace. Always coming over to check if the hookah/drinks were ok. They never allowed the shisha to get harsh. The music was mostly hip hop. Sound system was great, not over baring. TV are everywhere, so there also a eyeline from any seat to a TV. They have great ventilation with all the hookahs going, so you don't have to walk out smelling like smoke. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself! read more

I loved this place, we got there and the bartender immediately came to us, she was super helpful and friendly and checked on us often throughout the night. The hookah variety is great, the flavor menu so much fun, I had an amazing time in the chilled atmosphere that this place offers. I wish the wine selection was a bit better but never less I'm definitively coming back here when we are in Charlotte again, read more

Hookah Hotspot - Hookah Bars Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Parking: Parking lots were full so we parked on street. Location: Inside was small and restroom not as clean as it should be. Service: One waitress was very rude when asked who can place hookah and drink orders by advising us that "we weren't sitting in her section". She also advised she had no clue who was working the table section we were in so we had to find someone at the bar. It was a full house on a Saturday night which caused the service to be a slow but the 2nd waitress who assisted was nice and followed up on orders. I didn't like the fact that the manager/owner asked us to move from a table that was not reserved because someone else bought a bottle. We had already ordered a hookah and drinks but were still asked to move. Hip hop music kept the vibe going and the hookah we finally received was very good. Overall: This was my first time visiting and I must say I enjoyed myself. I liked the vibe and would definitely visit again. read more

I love this place. It's low key, quiet and comfy. I loved the atmosphere, the music and the flavors. I enjoyed myself here and met some interesting characters. That's always a plus for me; it shows how diverse it can be. This place has a vibe...I'll definitely be back! read more

Where have you been all my life hookah hotspot? I really love this little spot. The vibe is nice and chill. They only serve beer and wine but that helps keep the relaxed vibe. The service is great. That Island Punch is the bomb!! I'll be back...ALOT read more

This is my new go to hookah spot in Charlotte. They recently reopened and the space is larger and a lot of TVs. The music is typically hip hop with a DJ in the evenings. They use the coconut shell coals and which provide better and even heat. They are constantly checking the coals so the hookah does not get harsh. They have a full bar as well. They use rubber hoses so you don't have to worry about the rust that you get from the wire wrapped hoses read more

I was in Charlotte for a few days for business and visited this spot every night. The vibe is great, and it has very comfortable seating. I generally do not like the quality of hookahs at hookah lounges but the hookah here was fantastic! The music was great as well, I spent a lot of time on Shazam. However the part that wowed me was the amazing service. Hookahs came out quicker than expected, coals were always ready, and the owner remembered my order from my first night there every night after. Absolutely love this place and can not wait to return when I am back in Charlotte! read more

Searched for a hookah lounge, came across this place. Read the reviews, and was interested in checking it out. Drove across town to discover this place is closed! It's Saturday night and it's closed! Wow very disappointing.... read more

This is my go to spot to go out with friends for a fun night. Hookah is great and staff is super friendly!

Best place in town to grab a drink and smoke some hookah... there are so many flavors, and beautifully friendly staff. Always great DJ playing a diverse range of music and the location is perfect, especially for pregaming- it's so close to downtown Charlotte! read more

Hookah Hotspot advertises that they're open until 2am every night. We arrived at midnight on a Thursday and they were closed with no forewarning. I've been here before and loved the atmosphere and flavor quality and options. Really disappointed since I was going to celebrate my birthday. read more

Cool little spot, horrible service. I met some friends here and ordered a hookah. Our server said she would pass it on to the next server because her tables were changing... we asked numerous other servers for the next hour and a half if they could help us and the response was "I'm not your server".. the manager who was coming on shift finally helped us but at this point I was over it. Great service and great hookahs . This is my go to spot for drinks and music . Clean restrooms and a nice atmosphere,

Excellent hookah bar with great prices and the best customer service. A little bit out of the way but well worth the adventure

Stumbled across this gem while visiting family. The homemade hookah flavors are really good - we tried wet dream and mint. Only downside is no full bar. Beer and wine are available though. Good music too. read more

Stopped by here after a lil night on the town. Place was pretty empty (it was about 1am so that could be why). Regardless, the customer service was good and the hookah was great. Neighborhood gets quiet around that time, just fyi. It's not a fancy hookah bar, but it's pretty legit. Also, prices were really reasonable. It was about $14 for a mix of 3 flavors "sex babe" read more

Low key hookah spot. They only serve beer & wine...no finger foods, so it's best if you eat before hand. They had a variety of smooth flavors, we had "Hot Summer" (not on the reg menu). No DJ, someone was playing a nice little selection from YouTube on the tv. If you're only going for hookahs like we were, this is s nice little chill spot. read more

Call first. Make sure they're open. Google and Yelp list that they're open at 5. But really it's 6. And even then, we went there at 6:20, and nobody was there. Save yourself a trip and call. We ended up going to Al-Basha and they were awesome. read more

By far the BEST hookah I have ever had! New management!! Staff and owners are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing, great music and drinks. This is a place where you can go unwind and have a great time with great people and listen to really good music. Two thumbs up! read more

This is not my first Hookah Bar so there were certain things I could compare. The location is not in the best neighborhood but I felt safe and comfortable. The ambience was relaxing and the staff was very polite and inviting. Not only is it the cheapest Hookah Bar i've been to but they even had other ways to save money. Though they serve no alcohol they are very accommodating. Not only will I go back but I will take others. read more

In Charlotte for work and decided to stop by, I was not disappointed! I was impressed to see that they use coconut coals! I've had hookah in multiple states, Europe and a couple of spots in the Middle East and I would without hesitation recommend (and be back)! I've seen mention of the neighborhood being sketchy, ehh it's definitely a bit remote but I wasn't the least bit deterred. read more

Management and the staff are trash and don't deserve your business. My party came in to hangout and let off some steam from the week. We came early because the spot gets packed. We sat in a reserved section and was moved to a "non reserved section" per the words of our server. She said we would be good for the night. An hour and half into our evening the server comes and says our section is now reserved and we needed to find another spot. Mind you we were told we were moved to a section not reserved. The manager and security comes over and tells us the sections are reserved and we needed to find another place to sit. It's 11:30 the venue is completely full. This is not how you do business. Your server told my party we were good. No bottle needed to be purchased. So because someone comes in and decides they want to buy a bottle we now have to move. Nah bruh. That's trash and poor customer service. Had our party known all of this before we would have found another spot. I'd advise you to not patronize this establishment ever because of their lack of professionalism and service. read more

Your doorman is trash. Came with a group of friends for my birthday. I was really excited to try this place bc I heard good things about it. Paid 10 dollars at the door which is fine. However when I went in there was no place to smoke hookah! Went to the bar thinking we could just smoke there but there wasn't any space. After being in there for TWO minutes I decided to leave. Asked the doorman for a refund and explained to him that we couldn't even stand at the bar he refused to give me my money back. Then he suggested I hold the hookah Statue of Liberty style.. He said it was bc of the fight... which is fine I get door fees but we were in there for 2 minutes... he said that it wasn't his job to let us know if there's any room... he got the manager who did absolutely nothing but offered to give us half our money back . They trash for that and it felt very scamish. read more

This is prob the best Hookah Lounge in the Queen City I've been to since it's been under new management! They have the best premium hookah flavor that no one in Charlotte has. Y'all should definitely try the Headrush and Fruity Pebbles which are probably my two favorites! I had a great time with my girls last weekend. It's a great place to go out to in Charlotte with great hookah smoke and great music! This is definitely the place to be every Friday and Saturday nights! read more

If you don't give this place a 5 star you are delusional. The atmosphere and hookahs are authentic. The Dj's are phenomenal. Especially, Thursdays and Saturdays. The waitresses are amazing! Before I even sit down they greet me with a smile and ready to serve me. The owner is awesome!!! He makes sure everyone is having a great time and being treated fairly. I love going to this lounge. I can honestly say it's one of the best lounges that have the best hookahs. PERIODT!!!!! read more

Customer service is great. The woman who served me was super sweet and attentive and the hookahs are always amazing! Love this spot!

Giving this place two stars is very generous. My boyfriend and I were in Charlotte for his business, and we decided to go out and celebrate a little after his company dinner. I looked across google for what we could find on a Monday night, which I wasn't surprised is little to nothing. We both love hookah, so I picked this place out hoping it'd be ok. Firstly, when I called the lady who answered was either trying to be smart with me, or didn't have manners. Either one not good customer service. Once we arrived and got inside it was packed to the brim with people. We took a seat and waited nearly 30 minutes before the waitress that clearly saw me waving her over decided to do her job and serve us a menu. She also brought our hookah to the wrong table, as she stopped to flirt with some guys at a nearby table. I was very annoyed at this point. Finally our hookah arrived, that is probably the only semi point I can give this establishment...they have some "OKAYISH" hookah flavors. However, should clearly coach their staff better, because the girl had no idea what natural coals were‍. Anyhow, besides the lack of manners, incompetence, and terrible customer service, there is also the issue of the music. I know they didn't have a Dj but that is no reason to have long awkward pauses between songs. It ruined the vibe of relaxation. Then like 5 minutes later music would abruptly blast through the speakers again. Eventually, my boyfriend and I just paid our tab and headed back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and definitely won't be coming back here again. read more

My new go to hookah spot. My girlfriend and I were treated to great friendly service on a Saturday Night. I loved that the cliched and everything were clean! The hookahs appear to be new and they even light up to add to the ambiance. We decided on the spiced chai flavor and it was delicious. The hookah hit smooth and flavorfully as well. The coals were also swapped in a timely manner. The owner informed us that they offer half off during happy hour Monday-Thursday from 4-7. We will definitely be back! read more
