Sooo i got here around 9/930.. it wasn't that many ppl. The bartender met me at the bar and asked if i would like to sit at the bar or at a table. I chose a table. I was there for around two hours.. had my hookah going , had four drinks. Just vibing ( i was by myself too btw) and a guy was sitting right beside me he was alone too. Tell me why the a lady ( I'm guessing she was the owner) came up to me and say 'i just sold this table' so I'm bamboozled honestly because i been here since like 9pm when shit wasn't popping: then she says you can stand up at the bar , I'm sorry. I didn't want to stand up or be around hella ppl that's why i picked to sit at a table.. so i paid my tab and left. I spent like $80 for the hookah and drinks and left a small tip. I was honestly thrown off and mad so the tip reflected that. Although it wasn't the hookah girl fault. But i legit tracked to Charlotte to catch a vibe and this place threw me off. That was so rude . So yeah this place is the go to hookah spot. Heard about this place from a friend so gave it a shoot on a Saturday night. It's not a very big place but a nice size. The server came right up as we sat down. Asked if we had any questions and immediately took drink order. Once we ordered the hookah it was a very short wait before the server returned with it. The service is on point. They were changing the coals on a great pace. Always coming over to check if the hookah/drinks were ok. They never allowed the shisha to get harsh. The music was mostly hip hop. Sound system was great, not over baring. TV are everywhere, so there also a eyeline from any seat to a TV. Parking: Parking lots were full so we parked on street. Location: Inside was small and restroom not as clean as it should be. Service: One waitress was very rude when asked who can place hookah and drink orders by advising us that "we weren't sitting in her section". It was a full house on a Saturday night which caused the service to be a slow but the 2nd waitress who assisted was nice and followed up on orders. I was in Charlotte for a few days for business and visited this spot every night. The vibe is great, and it has very comfortable seating. I generally do not like the quality of hookahs at hookah lounges but the hookah here was fantastic! The music was great as well, I spent a lot of time on Shazam. This is my new go to hookah spot in Charlotte. They recently reopened and the space is larger and a lot of TVs. The music is typically hip hop with a DJ in the evenings. They use the coconut shell coals and which provide better and even heat. They are constantly checking the coals so the hookah does not get harsh. They have a full bar as well. Management and the staff are trash and don't deserve your business. My party came in to hangout and let off some steam from the week. We came early because the spot gets packed. We sat in a reserved section and was moved to a "non reserved section" per the words of our server. She said we would be good for the night. An hour and half into our evening the server comes and says our section is now reserved and we needed to find another spot. Mind you we were told we were moved to a section not reserved. The manager and security comes over and tells us the sections are reserved and we needed to find another place to sit. It's 11:30 the venue is completely full. This is not how you do business. Your server told my party we were good. No bottle needed to be purchased. So because someone comes in and decides they want to buy a bottle we now have to move. Nah bruh. That's trash and poor customer service. Had our party known all of this before we would have found another spot. Giving this place two stars is very generous. My boyfriend and I were in Charlotte for his business, and we decided to go out and celebrate a little after his company dinner. Firstly, when I called the lady who answered was either trying to be smart with me, or didn't have manners. Either one not good customer service. Once we arrived and got inside it was packed to the brim with people. We took a seat and waited nearly 30 minutes before the waitress that clearly saw me waving her over decided to do her job and serve us a menu. She also brought our hookah to the wrong table, as she stopped to flirt with some guys at a nearby table. I was very annoyed at this point. Finally our hookah arrived, that is probably the only semi point I can give this establishment...they have some "OKAYISH" hookah flavors. However, should clearly coach their staff better, because the girl had no idea what natural coals were‍. Anyhow, besides the lack of manners, incompetence, and terrible customer service, there is also the issue of the music. I know they didn't have a Dj but that is no reason to have long awkward pauses between songs. It ruined the vibe of relaxation. Then like 5 minutes later music would abruptly blast through the speakers again. Eventually, my boyfriend and I just paid our tab and headed back to the hotel.
