The first time, I asked them to add just a little bit of Hawaii flavor. They added way too much, and the flavor was so overpowering that I couldn't smoke it. I asked if they could fix it, but I was told I would have to pay for extra. The second time, they packed too much tobacco, and it burned almost immediately. The taste was completely burnt and impossible to enjoy. Again, I asked them to fix it, and again I was told I would have to pay extra. Tonight was my third visit, and somehow the exact same thing happened again. Too much tobacco, it burned almost instantly, and the taste was horrible. When I brought it up, the answer was once again that I would need to pay for extra. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. But when the same problem happens three times in one week and the only solution offered is for the customer to pay again, that's extremely disappointing. I can't really comment on the food because I haven't tried it, but based purely on my hookah experience, I absolutely would not recommend coming here for hookah. Three visits, three bad hookahs, and no attempt to make any of them right. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.
