He jacked the car up, removed the tire, the car fell off the Jack causing over $6k in damage. Tow Hero's will no longer answer calls from us or the collision company. We've been completely ghosted. After only 2 days they reached out, told me blown head gasket or cracked blocked and that it was pretty much toast. Unfortunate for sure. Derrick @ Ace came to the rescue as soon as I called him. My van was carefully and safely loaded up and we were on our way! He was so pleasant and personable.
