Disgraceful. Thankfully, a competitor stopped by her house to pick up the key and get the job done the way it should have been done - professionally. He jacked the car up, removed the tire, the car fell off the Jack causing over $6k in damage. Tow Hero's will no longer answer calls from us or the collision company. We've been completely ghosted.
