I found the parts online for $150 and saw that it would take about two hours to fix according to multiple websites. I would have paid up to $500 for this fix but they wanted to charge double. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Not too long after, the tow is here, one of the guys took pics of my pickup while checking it over and the other got the bill written up. I had already been told that I'd avoid a fee if I used cash instead of a card, so I handed him the cash and he marked the bill as paid. They both loaded my pickup onto the tow bed securely, one was nice enough to tell me not to worry; the problem with my pickup was bad, but not enough to cause me pain. Well words to that effect anyway. My vehicle got to the auto repair shop safely and I have nothing but a big "thank you" for the help that this tow service provided. Why make an appointment if it's going to take them 6 hours for a 1 hour job. 2. Why wasn't it explained up front that it may take awhile 3. No apologies.
