Absolute garbage. My insurance had this company dispatched when the driver was close he called asking how low my car was. I explained to him that it was as low as every other charger. The driver then called his dispatcher and had them cancel under the claim they can not find me. Bull I was on the phone with the driver and told him exactly 3 miles south of duke field exit on the northbound side of 85 . Beware! If I could give less stars I would. I called roadside assistance for a flat tire on my new vehicle. Tow Hero's showed up, I was told "no problem, I can do this in 5 minutes". He jacked the car up, removed the tire, the car fell off the Jack causing over $6k in damage. Tow Hero's will no longer answer calls from us or the collision company. We've been completely ghosted. Never, never, never use this company, they do not take responsibility for their actions. read more

My SUV would not start at a gas station. We tried jumping it off with no luck. We then bought and replaced a new battery, that did not work either. Called Geico Insurance for a tow that was covered under owe policy. At 2:02pm Geico connected us with Two Hero's for a tow. After 4 hours of being delayed I received a text from Geico confirming we canceled the tow. Two Hero's told Geico my Dad called and canceled the tow. Zero stars! Honestly, I don't know why I had any expectations for a company that couldn't even be bothered to spell check their business name...Owner lied about ETA time several times. They do not answer the phone number they provided but told my insurance company they had. The tow driver, José, called me yelling saying he couldn't find the car, wasn't going to waste time looking for it, and was not going to pick it up. Shocked at the fact that someone would call me yelling, I yelled back. My husband watched Jose roll through the parking lot and not even attempt to tow. My husband expressed his frustration and Jose was belligerent and unprofessional. Chris Bingham was just as unprofessional in all interactions. Customer service skills are severely lacking. I would strongly advise against insurance companies pursuing future contracts with this company. read more

Utilizing AAA, I was told at 10:30 in the morning that it would be a two-hour wait. 12:30 became 12:40. I continued to wait... I then get a call from a woman with Tow Heros and said it would be a little longer. When I enquired what a little longer meant, she said roughly 45 minutes. She said the person towing my car would give me a call and let me know the time frame. No phone call. Now it is 1:50 PM, so I tried to call the lady back ..... voice mail...no answer. I then called AAA back and said that I had now been waiting for almost four hours. The man from AAA contacted Tow Heros Another 30 minutes became 45 minutes. My car was finally towed at 2:45 in the afternoon. The auto repair service said the car arrived 10 minutes to 4 PM. The man with Tow Heros could have cared less and when I asked him ... no apologies... no explanation.... just a stare. When I asked him what the problem was , all he said was that he had two tows before mine. I live in Niceville and why would AAA contact a tow service in Milton is way Beyond me. Also, if Tow Heros couldn't provide service as promised and in a honest time frame..much less keeping me informed of delays, Tow Heros should have never made the agreement with AAA. read more

I do not recommend calling them unless you plan to sit and wait for hours without any communication. We have used them twice through Geico and have had horrible service. My son was locked out of his vehicle for almost 4 hours in the heat and we still have not received any communication from them nor can we get them to answer the phone. My parents had a towing company for over 20 years and this is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. thankfully the local firefighters assisted him. read more

Most unprofessional technician and call center I have EVER dealt with. Needed a tire changed, was told they would be there within an hour. 3 hours later without even a phone call, the tech finally shows up. When I went outside, he was on his phone, while he was looking right at me he never acknowledged me whatsoever. Never said hello, never introduced himself, not even a wave. It was cold I went back inside. 5 minutes later the door bell rang and I went back out, no hello, no how can I help you, I got the lug nut key from the glove box, handed it to him and the first and only thing he says is "I don't like your attitude" and he gets in his truck and drives off. That was literally the only words spoken between us. What a pathetic joke of a company. When I called the call service they could have cared less and refused to let me speak to a manager. If you are looking for the worst, most worthless towing company then call tow "heroes". read more
