However, on both occasions, there were multiple miscommunications and misunderstandings which ended up inconveniencing both my husband and myself significantly. I'm not a perfect communicator, and any person/business can have a bad day, which is the reason I went back a second time. No more. To make a long story short, Lachen did a fantastic job as he stands behind his work and takes care of you. He first replaced the heater hoses as I had a coolant leak. The car ran rough and the check engine light was back on. I brought it back and he found some vacuum leaks and replaced those lines as well. Check engine light turned off and the car now runs great!!! I always try to support local businesses as opposed to going to the chain automotive shops. We have a great one here in Celina!
