    The Bar!

A Fantastic view, good tap selections of NW frosty beverages, and a pleasant young lady behind the bar. And , it's sunny and warm outside! What more does one need?!

Nice little bar while on the course! Clean and well stocked. Obviously the whole staff was a delight!

Assuming most were tourists he wanted to sell himself and recordings to people who will never see him again. I know way too much about his life for a lounge act. Better choice - sit on deck so it is background sounds. The menu is ok and presentation beautiful but flavors could pop more. Halibut was thin and side dishes bland. Filet small and plate beautiful. Ginger Chicken salad looked good too but when asked nobody would order same dish again. Better choice- enjoy a drink on deck and head to other local choices like Side Door.

We started with cocktails, and their selection is great, including some really thoughtful non-alcoholic options with adaptogen tinctures. Decided to keep it light with a soup and salad night, and it was the perfect choice. The soup du jour was a chicken pozole--so flavorful and comforting. The Caesar salad was amazing and hit all the right notes. We wrapped things up with a marionberry cobbler, which was the perfect sweet finish. Service always makes a difference, and Skyler was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. This spot continues to be a go-to for us, and we'll definitely be back.

He return with dinner for me and told me of the best fish and chips and Pilsner. He brought me a burger which I hardly ever eat.. It was a burnt end prime rib and burger patty (with the fresh fixings) and with onion rings...WOW, it was literally the BEST BURGER ever........Thank you STEPHANIE for your great service. DAY 2 It was Sunday, Bloody Mary self service bar day (vodka was done at the bar) but you could anything you wanted at the set up area. It was fantastic!!!! Husband had Fish and chips, and I had a patty melt (HUGE!!!) could only eat 1/2 came with fantastic fries.... Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE and conversation, ANNIE. We will return

I think the drinking alcohol part is what makes the food edible. We were seated right away and the place had a few kids playing pool and 3 guys drinking beer (who spilled 2 while we were there). I got some wings and my wife god the "seafood combo". The wings were ok, nothing special no complaints. The seafood combo was pretty bad. The halibut was very fishy and I'm pretty sure it was all frozen before cooking. I mean c'mon man your at the coast and the halibut is old?! My wife got sick and was throwing up. The bathrooms were kids gross. There was poo stick to the inside of the toilet and there was hair stuck to the walls and sink. I would never go back again. The food with no drinks was almost $60.

From Burgers to Hawaiian food, you will find indoor and outdoor seating. the indoor seating area is huge, it also offers a bar area and self serve coolers with a variety of drink options. They have a stage with entertainment. We tried the Hawaiian cart Lei, they had a special with pulled pork and chicken, served with macaroni salad, steamed veggies and kimchi. It was a huge portion of food, we shared it along with a dish from the Thai cart Cozy kitchen, we split the chicken and veggies with a side of gyoza. The food was amazing and well priced. We found a table inside the indoor seating and enjoyed the music while we feasted on our meal, after dinner we walked back toward our hotel. It was a nice find close to walking distance from the TAFT district.

One of them (can't remember the name but it was Mexican food) was a bit of a dud but the other two were great. This pod had both outdoor and indoor seating which is nice. The bathrooms, while dark, were clean. Just a reminder that dogs are not permitted and neither is outside food. We don't come to Lincoln City often but I'd come back to this pod in the future.

Seagulls soar by the window and peek at your dinner (separated by glass) and the service is attentive but not overbearing. There's a piano in the lobby and unobstructed views of the coast and when you look down, the sand is right there! Would love to stay here one day. The food was flavorful. I'd rate this overall a 8.8/10. The crab cakes and steak were both house made and very fresh. The steak was perfectly made and bursting with flavor, (T-bone pictured). The side salad was heaping and great to share. The french onion was flavorful but we added some salt and pepper for ourselves. The potatoes bravas were *not* papas bravas and more like breakfast potatoes so if you're craving tapas like potatoes, I would advise considering abstaining from ordering, perhaps. For dessert, the Marion berry cobbler was incredibly fresh and tart. The ice cream paired very well with the Marion berry and pecan crust. I'd love to try the crème brûlée, key lime pie, and lemon cakes one day! What a special place. Took a day trip from Portland to see the ocean, and this was so lovely. We were seated immediately at the bar at sunset on a Sunday afternoon after stumbling across Fathoms. My personal tip for the ladies: the ladies restroom in the bar area has the best views in the house. I snuck a couple trips there to see the sunset from there. (Sorry to the boys, your restroom looks at the parking lot apparently) Will be coming back, this is a gem.

Fathoms is the hotel restaurant for the Inn at Spanish Head, and it is located on the top floor of the hotel. I had the Filet Mignon, and my wife had the Seafood Medley, both of which were excellent. We got to watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean from our table. We also had outstanding service from our waiter, Felix. We came early on a mid-week, so we got lucky with parking near the entrance, otherwise there is a large parking lot on the other side of 101. We would totally recommend, and we will be back.
