The service advisor Shawn, is more of a con man than a service advisor. He assumed I did not know the price of an O2 sensor replacement, and attempted to charge me upwards of $800 for labor. I went to 3 more jeep dealerships in Denver, and they said "Shawn was trying to rob you". Not only this, when I called him on his pricing and tried to leave angrily, he lowered the price as if out of thin air. I'm utterly disgusted, and would not recommend this service department to my worst enemy. I've been taken advantage of before, but never before have I seen a sleezebag like Shawn try to do it with a smile on his face.

Because of this, we were locked out of our truck on Christmas Day. This was especially frustrating since these are issues that should have been caught and handled at delivery. To add to that, the fuel tank was not filled at purchase, which felt like another missed basic courtesy. We expected better attention to detail and follow-through when buying a vehicle. The sunroof fabric just fell off. The car was dirty in the back I had to clean it myself. I brought it up and he said to bring it back next week. They did nothing but glue the sunroof fabric on which was coming off the same day they fixed it , it took them all day I asked if anything else was fixed, now he's saying I have to fix the brakes and do the oil change myself as well as the radio all they did was glue the fabric to the sunroof.
