I can't believe it's taken me this long to eat at Honshu. Came here last night for a date night with my partner and we both really liked it. They have outdoor and indoor dining, though we were told the outdoor dining is only if you want omakase. We opted for indoors, but they were nice enough to seat us next to the open windows. The restaurant is pretty large and were able to seat us immediately (it was around 8p on a Friday) We started out with miso soup (delicious) and beef tataki (also delicious). From there we ordered a few rolls. I *highly* suggest trying the Honshu roll. It basically melts in your mouth, the taste and texture were perfect. It also comes with its own tasty dipping sauce.
