We stopped here after spending the morning at Slaughterhouse and Honolua beaches. Tried the dragonfruit lemonade, traditional lemonade and banana bread and they were fresh and delicious! Observed a gentleman juicing lemons for the next batch. Highly recommend!

Sandwich in Paradise

Best feature about this cart, by far, is their location. When I had them, they were right next to: https://www.yelp.com/biz/honolua-bay-kapalua Local food and drink right next to one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, how cool is that? It's like my days growing up in Florida except: you can see through the water, this food is much better for you than an ice cream truck, there is no #FloridaMan. I got a sandwich, it was good, but not outstanding. Next time I'll get something else. It look like the stuff involving fruit is their specialty.

Smoothiesssss $10 each (mango in front, mixed berry in back)

Delicious fresh huge smoothies! (Sadly we only tried the smoothies but their food menu also looked so good!) Smoothies: $10 each, we got the mango one and the mixed berry one. So refreshing! Service: super fast, friendly! Space: food truck right across from the main parking space of the Honolua Bay access trail :) they have a cute log bench and then also two covered tables in back to eat and sit at. The Hei Hei's running around everywhere just add to its rustic "amaze" :) Price: good value! (They accept credit card) Walk the trail, maybe even snorkel, then come back for a smoothie refresher and food nomz!

Acai Bowl $12

Bomb dot com! Delicious organic goodies! We've been back to visit Lynn at the Honolua Farms Kitchen truck three times out of the seven days that we are vacationing in Maui, so you know it's good! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is impeccable. Lynn and her staff is so friendly and accommodating to tourists curious about their menu. It's the purple truck located right across from a great snorkeling spot where we saw turtles and schools of colorful fish. The tropical smoothie ($9) is so refreshing and the acai bowl ($12) with bananas and frozen blueberries is a must-get and you should definitely add the most delicious organic honey and bee pollen to it. Adds the perfect touch of sweetness to your bowls. The cheeseburger ($12) is amazing as well with sweet grilled onions and a flavorful grass-fed beef patty and a side of my favorite mini gherkin pickles. We ordered the turkey sandwich ($9) too and it's really tasty! I tried a bite of the vegetable and chicken curry ($12) too and it was also very good! Wish we had one in LA!

This is a nice stop for a quick bite or refreshment before or after Honolua Bay, as it is located right across the street from the entrance. They have a small selection of smoothies, snacks and entrees. They have both vegetarian and meatatarian options, and are one of the few places in the area that seem health conscious. I did not have a chance to have food here, but I did enjoy the tropical smoothie and local kombucha. The smoothie was perfect on a 90 degree day! The ingredients were simple and fresh...just blended pineapple and mango topped with fresh mint. I love that all their ingredients are locally sourced. The kombucha was super freshing, albeit a bit pricey ($5) for a small cup. I LOVE that they provide snorkelers with eco friendly sunscreen. The chemicals in regular sunscreen are killing the coral. Most tourists are not aware of this. I love that the owners are advocates of the environment and practice what they preach! MAHALO!

Chicken curry over brown rice. Tasty, delicious and spicy

After spending the afternoon in Honolua Bay we decided to give the food truck called Honolua Farms kitchen a shot. It was just what we needed. Everything from a Au bowls, chicken curry (served over brown rice and delicious and very spicy), to grass fed beef burgers, organic lemonade and delicious organic fruit smoothies. It was definitely on the pricey side but the quality was outstanding so I guess you get what you pay for. When you check in with yelp you do get a free organic lemonade; worth five dollars. Also there are a few picnic benches so you can sit and have your snack.

After poke and mahi for a week I needed a burger to mix it up. Searched an this came up just up the road. Whata great burger on a ciabatta bun, my fav. In a jungle valley setting full of chickens an crowing roosters. Nice place to sit and eat. The girls working h

This place is a hidden little food truck gem. We were a little skeptical but when in Maui ‍ So glad we did! Even my picky little eater loved it .. we all had the cheeses burgers with the best Pestomayo on a grilled ciabatta bun! Fresh beef and locally grown tomato's, oh and did I mention the delicious lemonade with a sprig of mint! Just the perfect snack and my son even asked for an extra side of the mayo! It's not on the highlights of our Shaka Maui app... but it should be!

If you're in Maui it's a spot you must experience. It's a beautiful drive. The scenery is so pretty. We had a cheeseburger and acai bowl. I really tried planning to go back before my trip was over for the pineapple mango smoothie. The cheeseburger was so fresh and tasty. The acai bowl was probably one of the best acai bowls that I've had. They have a cute little set up outside to sit and enjoy the view. It was an awesome experience.

If you haven't stopped by this paradise of a food truck, you must! With locally sourced and organic ingredients, it's hard to choose from such a delicious menu selection. Our family tried the organic acai bowls, grass-fed beef burgers, tropical smoothie, kombucha and chicken curry... and we fell in love! It was all so tasty, our plates and cups were wiped clean in minutes. Nothing would have made this experience more enjoyable than the hospitality and generosity from the owner, Lynn! If you love great food surrounded by kindness, nature, and wild chickens, this is definitely the place for you! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful views, incredible food, and surprisingly family-friendly!…read more While visiting Maui, we made a reservation at The Plantation House, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The setting alone is stunning--overlooking the Kapalua golf course with gorgeous ocean views--but the food absolutely lived up to the scenery. We started with a fresh house salad, which was simple but perfectly dressed and a great way to kick things off. For entrées: * My husband ordered the short rib, which was incredibly tender and rich with flavor. The sauce paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. * My oldest son had the prime rib, and it was cooked beautifully with a great sear and topped with asparagus and a flavorful butter. * I chose the shrimp scampi, which was buttery, garlicky, and packed with shrimp. The pasta was coated in the most delicious creamy sauce and even came with toasted bread to soak up every bit of it. * My younger two ordered from the kids menu--the kids short rib and butter-and-cheese fettuccini--and both plates were generous and surprisingly elevated for kids' meals. Everything we ordered came out looking beautiful and tasting just as good. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt relaxed but still upscale. If you're visiting Maui and want a spot that delivers great food, amazing views, and works well for families, The Plantation House is absolutely worth the reservation.

We arrived right around sunset, and honestly wished we had come a little earlier to fully take it in. Such a gorgeous setting. The service was amazing. Our server was incredibly kind and kept offering us more bread (which I happily accepted because it was that good). The bread came with chive butter that was so flavorful, and the bread itself was warm and delicious. There was also live music, which made the ambience even better--just an all-around beautiful place to relax and enjoy a meal. Bonus points for free valet, which made parking super easy. For food, we got the macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi, which was really good, slightly on the sweeter side, but still flavorful. The Hawaiian short ribs were a standout for me: super tender, perfectly cooked, and just packed with flavor. We also ordered the panko crusted calamari, which I loved. The pieces were thick, juicy, and had a light, crispy coating that wasn't greasy at all, really easy to eat. Portions were also very decent. I also saw their breakfast menu and now I definitely want to come back to try it soon!

Prices and portions - 5 stars: considering the outrages prices I've seen at the supermarkets, this place has very decent prices for their food. Their portions are enough to fill you you for sure. 2. Flavor - 5 stars: tried the steak, shredded beef and shredded chicken bowls. The seasoning was perfect, not salty just perfect. The beans and rice so delicious. The chimichurri was one of the best I've had. The fried yucca was fried to perfection 3. Facility and location - 5 stars: very clean, very presentable. Even though its a whole in the wall, the place is very nice. Staff is very friendly Only one complaint. They use foil when they serve the food in the bowls. Not a big fan. Foil isn't healthy. I get they are trying to avoid the juice of the meat to filter through the container, but there has to be a better way. Hope management or owner reads this. Would I come back again? is the big question.....absolutely yes! Give them a try, i hope that you are satisfied the same way I was Good job you guys! Keep it up

We decided to hit the road and find it. Lucky we did! It was open, there was no line. It had a great assortment of rolls and a good number of options for nigiri. We got 4-5 rolls and some nigiri and a poke bowl. It was all freshly made, perfectly rolled and came out at the time told to us, about 15 minutes. We ate it in the car- we didn't notice the ants in the table until after we sat down to wait for about 10 minutes. I followed them on instagram and they posted our order. So cool! We ordered and had to fill up on gas, so we picked up some drinks from the nearby gas station and got back to wait for the food. The server said it would take about 15 minutes, and I think that was pretty accurate. We ended up ordering the following: Salmon Nigiri - 3/5 this was a little bit more salty than I normally expect of my nigiri. Spicy California Roll - 5/5 tasted like a fresh California roll with some spicy mayo on it. It wasn't very spicy though? Mild enough for the non-spice lovers. Tempura Roll - 5/5 this was probably my favorite roll. It was simple yet delicious. You can't ever go wrong with unagi sauce. Smash Roll - 4/5 the smash roll was really good.
