Pros: -Delivery guy was friendly. -Szechuan string beans were delicious and obviously fresh. -They actually listened when I asked for my dishes spicy hot. Cons: -Everything was so greasy, the shrimp toast were literally dripping with grease. -They gave me teeny tiny "salad" shrimp for my entree and only a total of five of those little things. -Fried rice wasn't actually fried, it's that yellow tinted rice that's become so common (what a shame). I placed an order few week ago. Their staffs were very friendly. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes. The food was so delicious, especially Shredded Beef Dry Hunan Style. This is my first time to order Shredded Beef Dry Sautéed Hunan style. It's so good! Yummy, I love it. Worth to try it. General T'so Shrimp was good, fresh and crispy. From beginning to end this experience was terrible. Staying at a hotel near BWI and needed food badly. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered in from this place. I was at first notified that it would be an hour. Then it changed to an hour and a half. In the end it was delivered in almost two hours. Whatever, I'm hungry, let's eat. No, you can't eat sawdust sweet and sour pork. It looked freeze dried, no joke. It crumbled it was so crispy in my hand and the meat inside was double dead. Like dead and first and that wasn't good enough so they made sure by frying it to death. Mission accomplished. I also ordered two shrimp rolls (per the menu) and only got one. I am positive I am not missing anything by this happening. The food was also cold. The shrimp toast was gelatinous in certain places. I don't think that's supposed to taste like that. It was soggy. Fishy tasting soggy shrimp bread. I can eat it with my freeze dried pork. I also got no napkins, no utensils, nothing to eat ON or WITH, they told me only the lunch orders get that stuff. Oh, makes perfect sense that dinner eaters use their hands. They knew I was at a hotel, too. This meal was $40 of wasted time, money and tears. Food is bomb - I order from them almost every week. But the delivery driver is still extremely rude since I first tried them in June 2017.

Delivery was fast and easy using Eat24 app. But that's about the only good thing. I ordered chicken chow mein, which should be a stir fried noodle with sauce. I have no idea what they delivered. There was no sauce, noodles were limp and flavorless. read more

Bruce Lee II is a great Chinese take out place around the UMBC area. It's waaaay better than Golden Gate Chinese Restaurant (near Mars Food). The lady and the guy behind the counter is really friendly. Reasonable price, I mean, average of what Chinese take out prices around the area. The food is very awesome! And that chili oil that they have, Oh man! it was great!!! I ask for it every time. I ask it too much that the guy started charging me $1 and he gives me a big container of it. My typical suggestion for this place is their General Tso's Chicken, which has the crispy chicken chunks instead of the soggy ones. Chicken Broccoli is also a hit here. Its not as oily as some other places and the veggies are still crunchy and very yummy. Normally love bruce lee. However there must be a different chef on the weekend versus a weekday. Got exact same meals friday and was thrilled with the food, hence our second order saturday (yeah we were feeling lazy this weekend), two totally different meals. Saturday night food was bad and no where near as spicy as tasty as we had the night before. Great Chinese place, they're so fast with everything and their shrimp with lobster sauce is amazing with giant shrimp!

My order came a whole hour late and when I had call to ask about it the person was very rude about it. Plus when the delivery driver came he went to the wrong address several times and was very rude over the phone when I was trying to find out where he was. Though the food is ok (nothing spectacular yet not the worst thing I've had) the service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order by phone for delivery , I ordered the BONELESS spare ribs and a large white rice. Upon receiving the food I noticed that BBQ spare ribs had been sent instead, obviously I did not order this . So I called back and asked to return the BBQ spare ribs in place of what I had originally ordered . I was told no they weren't going to make it right and "maybe next time I order the boneless spare ribs" needless to say I will never order from this place again , sad since I've been a loyal customer for years . I understand mistakes happen , I work in customer service and had something like this happened in my company we make it right with the customer no matter what the extent. This place has forever lost my business, I will order from American Asian from now on , I know their customer service skills are up to par as well as their food is delicious.
