So I ordered delivery and the only thing I can say is the food was still hot on arrival. I ordered boneless ribs that were more fat than meat, and I'm not a complainer but I spent more time cutting the fat off than actually eating the remaining meat. We were pleasantly surprised, my General Tso's chicken with fried rice tasted freshly cooked, the fried rice was moist and tasty with peas and onion. It's a pretty standard storefront American Chinese takeout joint. The prices are reasonable, the servings are generous, the food is decent. The inside isn't much to look at, a little dingy to be honest. The man behind the counter was very friendly and got me my food quickly. I had ordered online, which supposedly updates when they've received the order, started making it, and then again when it's done. Please note that they only updated that they'd received it, so after a while I called the place to see if they'd started it and he said "oh, it's ready for pickup." We got a mix of orange chicken, Szechuan chicken, broccoli in garlic sauce, lo mein, and some egg rolls. It's all standard, but tasty. I will add that most of the food was *spicy*. Sometimes Chinese places list food as spicy and it has the most mild of kicks, but what they list as spicy, has a bit of a punch. I like spicy food, but my wife not so much, so if you're sensitive to heat, make a note on it with your order. I've had better, and I've had worse. While I want to like Dragon China, I just can't any more. Their cooking area is crazy filthy and it looks disgusting. I have now twice, in three months, found a hair in my food (both times rice). They also have their children answer the phones and do orders and they consistently get orders wrong and are rather rude if you try to correct them. read more

They are touching money & food, not washing their hands and even have a child playing in the lobby, then going to answer the phones to take orders. I have been ordering from them for over 15 years. Since they have changed new owners it's horrible. My order was wrong twice. I give everyone a fair chance but the customer service consists of a smart mouth child. I requested an adult and they were no better. I also would suggest that they clean up the place. I was supposed to be refunded and seven days later no refund. I would not recommend them to anyone. I can get better food and service from a wall. If I could pick zero stars I would. read more

It appears that, all the negative reviews about this place are correct. I was picking up a Doordash order from this restaurant a few days ago and I was mortified at how filthy the restaurant was. The old man who was preparing the order was: A. wearing dirty clothes B. had no gloves on while cooking General Tso's chicken and physically touching the chicken with his hands C. was answering the phone with food residue all over his hands and never washed his hands once. I can't believe that anybody in this town or the greater area would ever order food from this place. You playing roulette with your intestines...eating from here. Foobao (Route 40) and Little Phoenix (Frederick Rd) are much better options. read more

I placed an order over the phone, which was a difficult process because the person on the phone did not understand exactly what I wanted - partially due to a language barrier of not speaking English well, partially because the menu is confusing (several dishes, such as the General Tso's Chicken that I wanted to order are listed twice, and at 2 different price points without explaining what the difference was). I was told that my food would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arrival at the restaurant (after waiting 25 minutes), I was told that my food would be another 25 minutes, for a total of 50 minutes of waiting instead of the 20 I was promised. This gave me time to examine the inside of the restaurant, which was decidedly not clean, had not been updated in the last several decades, and had plenty of clutter (including clothes and children's toys piled haphazardly along the front window). Once I finally got the food - pork rolls, Chicken Lo-mein, and General Tso's, I headed home (no inside seating due to COVID-19, and even if there had been seating, I wouldn't have wanted to eat there because of the cleanliness). The food was average, at best. The pork rolls were greasy (even by the greasy standard of American Chinese food), and the chicken-lo-mein had disappointingly little amount of chicken. General Tso's was acceptable. I was hoping for the best when placing this order, but I think I'll be trying somewhere else next time. read more

Yelling and threatening me because i wouldnt except an order i never placed. They sent me pics of my number attached and what they order and once again thats unfortunate but it wasnt me. The little girl or maybe it was a grown woman im not sure because of the constant screeching was very unprofessional and just wouldnt accept no for an answer. I understand thats wasted money on their end but i will not be forced to pick up or pay for an order i didnt personally place. I let them know i would be writing this review about their unprofessonalism. The real kicker is Ive NEVER ordered from this place. I don't even know where its located. And now I'm banned from ordering and they are going to report my number to their website manager umm i dont care lol just get your attitude together. Let me start out my review by saying that the food here was well priced and fantastic! Tasted great and there were great quantities. The lady who took my order on the phone was very friendly and polite. However, the reason I am giving two stars is because of the delivery driver. He was beyond rude. I came down to answer the door and he shoved the receipt at me without even saying hi or anything. Then when I was writing the tip, he yelled "sign, sign, sign!" (Man, do you want a tip or not?) I went to sign my name after and he ripped the receipt out of my hand before I was even finished writing my last name... And after ripping the receipt away he yelled at me to give him my card, and ripped that out of my hands too... Not cool at all. That is probably the worst delivery driver I've encountered. Please train him on how to be polite, and inform him that you don't shove things at or rip things away from customers. The driver's rude attitude alone makes me reconsider ordering from here... Customer Service is HUGE if you want to run a successful business. Word of mouth travels fast. Please look into better training for him. Everything else was good. read more

So I was searching for a good Chinese food restaurant in my area and this one stood out to me from their reviews. So I called and ordered my food at 9:26pm. 10:24pm comes and I still did not have my food I called back and asked the guy if my order left he said no the driver is on it's way back to get it because their busy. 11:05pm comes and I still don't have NO FOOD. So I called back to cancel the order after almost two hours and all I get is an OK, no sorry for the inconvenience NOTHING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
