She did not apologize at all and instead told her that no one in the kitchen has long hair and all of them wear hair nets. Cleanliness and basic customer service are non-negotiable in any restaurant, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes food hygiene seriously.
