RECIPE CHANGE! Not in a good way. The quality of the food has gone down since I've been there a few months ago. Taste more like the recipe came out of a cereal box than a grandma's recipe book like it used to. Their fried rice is literally just yellow with a pinch of salt, and bag of frozen vegetables. DEFINITELY not how it used to be. The sesame chicken is somewhat the same. The egg drop soup literally had an ANT in it. I'm not that bothered by it cause it's just protein in my eyes, but that is a major health violation. The Mongolian beef was way more dry than usual and had an uncommon batch of random noodles in it with a very large soupy broth/sauce in the container, which took up more than half of the weight of the Mongolian beef. The pork lo-mein didn't even have a pork lo-mein flavor and was VERY overpowered with sauce that tasted mostly like bacon grease. Very disappointed that I spent $60 on this. read more

My friends and I were just visiting in the area and craving for some Chinese food. We ordered the classic carry out dishes- shrimp fried rice, beef chow mien, spring rolls, hot+sour soup and wings! Their food was really authentic, tasty and flavorful. And most of all, not too salty or oily. If I could give this place negative stars, I would! The atmosphere was gross, the experience with the workers was little to be desired and the food was straight up disgusting! It was my first time coming here and I wanted something quick. At first I was impressed by the fact they deliver. However, when asked if they deliver to where I live the young lady at the counter says it has to be over $25 or $30. My mother asks again how much because we want a solid number and the young lady decides to pick $25; even though on the menu it says $12 over for delivery. That exchange in itself was a turn off! Now we get home and open our food and this is where things got gross. I ordered Shrimp Mei Fun and it looked practically like soup and bits of egg was uncooked, it just looked slimy and tasted as such! No curry was in it either. My mom got the chicken and broccoli, at first that looked okay. I didn't like how the chicken and broccoli was saturated in oil. The "sauce" was runny when you used a spoon; the chicken itself was thin and salty as hell! There was no way that was edible! We didn't bother tasting the broccoli. My father got spicy shrimp fried rice and it was NOT spicy AT ALL!!! The rice might have been the best thing about this place, but it was still trash too! I cannot believe this restaurant is still in business, it is a shame and disrespectful to good Chinese food. I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I would rather starve!!! Food is Good but Expensive. This is your typical Chinese takeout place. Good fresh food, and prepared quick. However, I don't like to spend $14 on a Chinese mixed veggies dinner and an order of six crab Rangoons with no sauce. No drink, no extras, not even an egg roll with dinner like most places. Did I mention the food spilled all in my car on the way home? They didn't put the lid on secure and it spilled in the bag and leaked out into my car. This place is a hidden restaurant. They tend to know what's good. They know what's new and old. They change their food about every hour or so. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves Chinese food. They have a combination of American and Asian foods. They are very polite, but sometimes their mood changes. I have been disrespected in their before, but it's rare for it to happen. Once in a blue moon their personality changes for a quick second. I have noticed that they put up a sign. We just moved to the area and have been venturing out and trying the local cuisine. My two favorite foods are Chinese and Mexican, so I thought I would try to find something local. I am used to the restaurants around the Athens, GA area. Let me first give this observation as a customer before I even get to the food. When you walk into a restaurant and 2 of the staff are walking around with pistols on their hip it's kind of a turn off. It made me think the neighborhood was dangerous right off the bat. As far as the food goes, it was pretty average as Chinese goes. I got the buffet and everything was good. The only thing that worried me was that nothing was very hot. It was all warm, not hot like you would expect on a open buffet. The hot and sour soup was tasty. Seemed like this location is much more of a take out business than a eat in place. I read other reviews about the kids in the place running around like a day care center. I can attest this to be a accurate. My advice, is either get it to go or go somewhere you know. read more

They were quick with my order and the soup was ok.... the crab angels (always my favorite part of Chinese) were horrible, like literally cream cheese only and come with none of the dipping sauce..... the Mongolian beef was for my husband who said it was kind of dry.... the egg rolls were ok and of course Our daughter loved the fortune cookies (her favorite part of the meal). ‍... oh and the rice .... & the best part of the meal was the egg drop soup but they didn't send any extra wontons as requested or duck sauce for the egg rolls....yep, I should have saved that $35. This is the most nasties restaurant I have ever experienced. The young woman who takes orders is very rude I witnessed her today yell and talk so bad to a pretty lady who has been coming to restaurant for as long as they have been in business because she asked a question about her food. The lady told her do not speak to me in that tone and she said to lady don't ever come back I don't care. From what I could tell this is the first time in probably 10 years she ever had an issue and they were so nasty, rude and mean to a loyal customer. They have the best steamed dumplings I have ever eaten. The food is always great. I would have given them a better rating, but like many other Chinese restaurants, they never do anything wrong when they mess up. It's always your fault, and they don't even attempt to make it better, even at the cost of losing a customer. The sauce for my dumplings had come open before we even got it home and doused all of the dumplings. After calling to tell them about the problem, the person answering said to come back and they could give us another sauce. What about the dumplings?? No, since it wasn't their fault, they would not give us another order of $5 dumplings. The top was obviously broken before we got it home, and the next time we ordered the same thing, thinking that it was a freak thing, the top on the sauce didn't even fit, so it wasn't even on it!!!
