Amazing, amazing, amazing…read more Never before have I had such a good experience with groomers. I have a dog who will resist and panic at any sign her nails are getting clipped after a botched experience with a national chain groomer. Despite that, they were able to keep her calm and make it a quick clip. A dog who has to be muzzled any other time for nail trimmings was eating out of their hands and acting like the loving dog she is any other time. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to find another groomer(s) who could work with her. They are all sincere and really love dogs. Will definitely be returning

Being new to the state of Texas, finding a groomer for our pup is always a hard task bc hand stripping is so unique and not everyone does it or knows how! Ms Karen without a doubt is an expert in this field!!! Ms Karen has a huge heart, throughly explained what was going on with the coat, (since our prior groomer we found did not know what she was doing and luckily did not ruin his coat), and welcomed us and made my pup feel comfortable and loved! The salon is very clean. The receptionist was very polite. Hands down Ms Karen is the best and we will never go to anyone else!!! Thank you to the other Border Terrier family who posted your pup so we knew bf we arrived we would be in good hands.

Although we had a not-so-stellar experience a couple of visits ago (his face was cut very choppy and uneven by one of their other groomers), the owners more than made up for it by their quick responsiveness and giving us a credit for the next visit. The lobby is cute and smells clean, and the lady at the front desk (Joni?) is super sweet. Pricing is about the same as Petsmart or Lucy's, but the quality is much better in my opinion. They usually finish in two to three hours versus four hours or more like other places. Their customer service has made us loyal customers. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new pet groomer!

Mandy and Deena run an outstanding business, and they truly treat their clients and pets as family. Their prices are very reasonable for the exceptional small-business services they provide--definitely a notch above the 'groomer factories' you see at local big boxes. Kindly note, they only offer grooming services to smaller breeds, approximately 30 lbs or less (check before scheduling)
