The store wasn't crowded. Is this any way to run a business? I have always felt the people in this stor were snotty. But they have several teas that i enjoy, so i put up with it....until yesterday. ..That was the last time I'll spend any money in that shop. I don't know how they have survived with this attitude. I went next door to the bakery, got some coffee and some pastries, along with smiles and a pleasant attitude...and spent my money there.

Many of them one can sample, and we sampled one that tasted so good! the front desk person was very nice, and mixed some oils for us. she was also good at recommending items to pair with the oils. She also gave us a sheet with the website on it so that we can order more stuff anytime. My mom purchased some olive oil of the following: Italian Herb, blood orange, garlic, balasmic (2), and pineapple. Person at the front was indeed very nice. we paid via credit card. Next up is the Turkey platter with sliced turkey (hard and dry), 1 ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes (ok, nothing special), 1 ice cream scoop of stuffing (totally disgusting, and had corn in it), string beans (with vine still attached), gravy (terrible), and a little cup of cranberries (decent). Total fail. The waitress was ok, though stopping by every 5 minutes to ask if everything was good was quite annoying. The 'ice water gentleman' was great. You never asked for water, and when the glass was 1/2 empty, he was there refilling it. Great job! The final score of 2 stars is for the historic inn's ambiance and layout. Spouse went with the meat lovers skillet with scrambled eggs and wheat toast. The skillet had ham bacon sausage and cheddar cheese with a huge pile of potatoes and two scrambled eggs.
