I love Honey Cosmetics I usually go to the one in Brooklyn. I recently went to this location in the Bronx. On 2/21/2025 the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I got there at 10 in the morning and I waited until almost 1pm and found out I still had six people in front of me. It was a Friday and there was only one technician. I think this is a total disrespect to people's time. Consumers need to respect people time. I feel that this lack of respect is because the location is in a low income neighborhood. This location needs to do better. To wait so long with no explanation is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be visiting this location again in the Bronx. read more

I usually go to the location in Queens but I was in the area so I decided to give this one a try. I like this location better because there is more room, and I went on a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have a really long wait which is unheard of at the queens location...especially on a Saturday. I got my brows tinted and medium lashes and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. I think I'll have to make this location my regular spot when I'm in town. I wish everyone could master eyebrow tinting like honey cosmetics! read more

I had previously been to a Honey Cosmetics in Jamaica, Queens and seen there was one in the Bronx. Decided to try out this one out bc the person that did my eyebrows in Jamaica was rude. The parking in the area is difficult so just be prepared to look for parking and make sure you pay the meter bc the meter maids come around OFTEN. When I walked in I was greeted by Tiffany and I was asked to sign a waiver on a tablet. I mean it was just brow tinting so I didn't mind. Since it was raining I was the only person there and she got right to work. First she mixed the tint and applied it to my brows. Then she cleaned up the shape before showing me for my approval, which the female in Jamaica didn't do. While we let the tint dry I decided to do lashes. She explained to me that the business applies lashes differently than most places, then asked if I'm allergic to latex. I proceeded with the lashes and loved the way they turned out. Tiffany and I chatted the whole time, she is very pleasant to talk to. When she was done putting on my lashes, my eyebrows were ready. She wiped off the excess tint and applied some sort of sealer to my brows. Both turned out pretty well and I will be back. read more

Ok so I usually go to HONEY in Brooklyn or Queens. Just happen to stumble upon the Bronx Location which is GREAT as I don't live to far away. Ok so I go in on Saturday for a make over as I am going to a wedding. I am the third client GREAT. I was greeted warmly upon entering the building (NICE). The young lady is fast and is alone in the shop she is getting the client in and out and I must say she is doing a wonderful job. Ok so its my turn she asks what I want and the colors of my dress, She explains the process each step of the way (I LOVEEE THAT). I explain I do not want too much make on, I want to look as natural as possible. Ok she is working her magic, were making small talk, laughing, joking, I am receiving so many compliments from other patrons waiting...I am excited. Ok she finishes and passes me a mirror. I LOVEEE IT. My complaint is she put to much makeup on me as I looked light skin and I am a brown skin female. No big deal as she did a great job. Also the price was a bit much for one day makeup as I usually go to MAC on 125th, they are a little bit cheaper as I was pressed for time. I spent $87.10 for a make over (very pricey) as soon as the wedding was over I couldn't clean my face fast enough. It was a hot day and I was sweating and wiping my face non stop. Tiffany did an amazing job, was professional, polite and is excellent in her craft. Just alittle heavy handed with that foundation (u put way too much on me). I will return only for EYEBROWS. I will stick with MAC for makeover and save about 30 dollars. read more

Spent $40 for nothing lashes started coming off with in two days and was told it would last two weeks. You can get it repaired within two days for free but if you can't get there in time then it's $7 per piece to re-apply. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I am a avid customer of honey cosmetics and would recommend the products to anyone. However this Saturday I had a horrible experience with an employee whose name is Diana. Diana is alleges she is a Christian and always try to force her religion in conversations with customers. She does not know not know if the client is Muslim or Atheist. I got tired of listening to her coupled with the lashes not lasting more than three days that I stop going to her if it was not an emergency. I went in on Saturday knowing that Tiffany who is excellent in customer services and her lashes stays for a week it because it she seems to deviate from my reasoning for entering the establishment which was my eyelashes. She did a makeover for and I looked like a ghost through the process I informed her the makeup she was using was to light. She insisted that it was not and wait until she finished. When she finished I was very dissatisfied and asked her to remove it immediately. She did not. I removed it and she stated I needed to pay her for the complete service I told her I would not. She began calling her regional director with lies on the phone. Oh I thought you were a Christian how could you tell a bold face lie to your employer. Diana is the manager however her customer service is poor her managerial skills are inadequate and she needs to receive training in business management, Cultural diversity, Customer Service and Conflict Resolution and add to that Professional etiquette. If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. I went in on Friday, my birthday. I had just come from doing last minute shoe shopping and whatnot and was in a bit of a rush, as they were closing pretty soon. A MUA took me almost as soon as I walked in. Not only did the process itself seem rushed, but she seemed as though she was not interested in what she was doing at all. She was asking me which products she should use. Now if you're the expert, shouldn't you be choosing which products go well with and compliment my skin complexion? Alright then. Following this horrid experience, I got home and began to take pictures with flash and I wish like hell I could have recorded my reaction. It looked absolutely HORRIBLE !!! I was sooo furious. I only had a couple hours before I had to head out to my birthday celebration and their location was already closed so I couldn't go back to have it redone. I had to wipe it all off and do it myself. Now why would I pay for something to be done, and have to turn around and do it over again myself anyways? Defeats the whole purpose right! Terrible and of course I was unable to receive a refund so here I am to tell you all, do NOT even waste your money. Maybe because it was my first time they just didn't care or whatever the case may be. But I will neverrr again waste my time or money! read more
