She informed me that my lashes would be a "foreign fill" and needed assessment - fair. Her booking is flexible, and I am so old school that I absolutely loved that she was available to speak to me on the phone right away when I called. The salon suites were familiar to me; I had been there a couple of times for a favorite coffee shop, so I immediately felt comfortable. Her room was welcoming and warm, including a comfy blanket for when I got cold. Johnyee was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and assessed that my lashes were done well and we could proceed yay! The experience was all around fantastic, lashes are beautiful and she took the time to go over all the lash care tips I needed. I could tell right away that she loves her craft and cares about the people she serves.

It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

When I asked I was told it was her tears of experience, heck okay, what do I know? But it got worse and my lashes started falling out, but I had to stop bc I had nothing left to attach lashes too. Sure she recommended serum and I bought it, but what grew back, she destroyed. I did my research and sure enough it is highly recommended NOT to have group lashes glued to your lashes. I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back.
