The staff there is wonderful, and really there to help you fit your needs. Their webpage is so easy to navigate making paying online fast and convenient, especially when you're out of state. The units and grounds are emaculate, and facility is located right off the highway so its easily accessible. I wouldnt recommend any place else other than My Place Storage. Prices are unbeatable, service is excellent, and they really went beyond my expectations. Adam helped me build my first true hi-fi system with turntable, amp, speakers and subwoofer on a relatively modest budget. I worked in electronic retail sales on commission in the late 90's and early 2000's with extensive customer service training so I do not say this lightly. I was originally planning to buy just a turntable from Soundscape and buy everything else online but Adam let me bring some speakers I could only find online to their beautiful showroom and compare them side-by-side with some Sonus Faber Lumina's. I ended up returning the ones I got online in favor of the much better looking and better sounding Sonus Fabers. It didn't hurt that Adam gave me a great deal on the like new demo/floor models and a demo amplifier that paired with them perfectly. Moreover, Adam helped me set up my turntable, lent me an expensive microphone for subwoofer room correction (which made a big difference), and gave me lots of technical support and education for getting everything set up properly. Throughout this whole experience I never felt rushed or persuaded to spend beyond my original very modest budget. I also got better deals than I could find anywhere else. It was also wonderful to have the showroom and Adam's enthusiastic expertise all to myself. Thanks again Adam and Crystal! This is the first 1 star review I've ever given…read more I have used three different professional movers in my life and the past 2 were wonderful and I gave 5 stars for. Bellhop as a company was genuinely horrible at multiple points in this move. Firstly, they contract out all their stuff so their one job is coordinating things and they do a horrible job at it. Our driver was 2 hours late, only had 3 moving blankets for our 2 bedroom house (resulting in damage to our $2000 bed frame that they gave me only $90 back for, after fighting tooth and nail to get that $90). The moving blanket situation was so bad that they tried to get us to move our TVs across the country ourselves because the loaders were so concerned with the safety of our belongings with only 3 blankets. On the dropoff, everyone had to pause unloading because Bellhop didn't give the driver a bill of lading. Then it took them forever to get it to us, and then it had to be printed. At each step in the process, it was almost impossible to get in touch with a human as they have an AI bot that you talk to when you call and no escalation process on the phone to get in touch with a human. All the actual guys/movers we worked with were lovely and professional and wonderful, but Bellhop was an absolute nightmare to work with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
