4.7/5 -- I went on July 30, 2025. Definitely would recommend, just pricer than I expected -- I paid $300 ($150 for mini-curation + 3 earrings + saline cleaning solution + tax). I think they had a special offer (free jewelry) if you're a new client getting a piercing, but didn't seem to apply to mini-curations. I didn't have an appointment and simply googled piercing places near me with high ratings. Went in without a plan, just knew I wanted at least 2 more ear piercings (not on the lobe). I was handed an iPad to fill out paperwork and required a picture of photo ID. They made me feel welcomed. I ended up doing a mini-curation (3 piercings or more) for $150. The piercer, Paul, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I said I'd trust them to pick where to pierce my ear and then they helped me pick appropriate jewelry given my concerns (my very curly hair getting stuck in jewelry). Once we figured all that out and everything was sanitized, I went to a pristinely clean room to get pierced. Paul explained everything and since I've had many piercings, we talked about that and I got new tips and tricks. After marking the locations (hidden helix, flat, & conch), he used a light source to make sure he wouldn't hit any capillaries. He used needles (not guns) and it didn't hurt a bit (but I have a very high pain tolerance). Paul recommended I go back if anything seems off or if I just needed reassurance on the healing process (free of cost). He also recommended I go back in 6-8wks to get the jewelry downsized (I think $5 per piercing?). Very pleased with the experience and results. read more

Following up on the business owners AI written response ;) -2 for 1 Tuesdays sound amazing on paper BUT the service fee is waived and they make it up with the cost of the jewelry and the other piercing. WOW I saved $45 on the piercing but I'm still paying $140 for two pieces of jewelry and a service fee lol -she said they take pride in safety and accuracy but I left covered in blood due to the piercer not wiping the blood off of me. They left the door wide open while my friend got their nipples pierced. Sounds quite negligent already. They also have a very weird and strict "no recording" policy. I feel like this is the case because of poor business practices but who knows. -she said that they charge $80 for the piercing on the opposite side. I got my piercing on the same side (I did not like the placement after I got it and that's my fault so I went back to get another and was shocked to see that the price gone up solely because I already had a piecing on that side of my nose.). If the company would like to refund me the difference I'll accept it and update my review accordingly. She said matching the same piercing on the same side takes "time, tools, and supplies" and I'd love for her to list those to explain why it was $25 extra dollars for the piercer to put a dot on my nose with sharpie -They have a cancellation policy which does not tell you the price on the website :) life happens and if I can't make it because I'm an adult with responsibilities outside of getting a piercing I should be able to cancel the appointment 23 hours before the appointment. Imagine getting a call that your mother died but you can't be there because you have a piercing appointment 23 hours from now and if you don't show up they're gonna charge you an unknown amount. What a joke -when I called, the employee said I could not book an appointment for Tuesday 2 for 1 over the phone let alone any appointment. And redirected me to the website. I go over to the website to book for myself and I and saw that there was a cancellation fee and was a little worried that I was assuming responsibility for my friend to show up as well (once again, life could happen and that would mean that I would have to pay for their cancellation fee???) Overall, I would not come back. I hated the whole experience and I should have never paid $225 to get two piercings + $30 to get a bar changed out as the first bar got stuck (circling back to the lack of cleanliness; my nose was not cleaned throughly enough post procedure and a bloody scab formed which caused the bar to get stuck) I in turn had to pay for them to take the scab off and replace the bar and now the bar is too long. I absolutely will not be back and I absolutely have been and will continue to shout from the rooftops about how much I hate Hone Piercings as a shop and company. I hope they come to their senses and reduce pricing and train their staff better. TL;DR The 2 for 1 Tuesday deal is misleading because the savings are offset by inflated jewelry and piercing costs. The shop claims to prioritize safety, but I left covered in blood, privacy of my friend's half naked body was not respected, and policies (like no recording) feel questionable. I was charged extra for a same side piercing with little justification, and the cancellation policy lacks transparency. Booking was inconvenient, and I ended up paying $225 for two piercings plus $30 more to fix issues caused by poor handling on the piercers side. Overall, overpriced, unprofessional, and I won't be returning. read more

i recently went to this place to get my ears pierced about two weeks ago. i got a cartilage piercing and for the first week it was perfectly fine. the next week i started feeling some pulsing on my ear which lead to it swelling, and then i found out the piercing was embedded in my ear. to get the piercing removed, i went to a new piercing place they had to make an incision just to get the piercing out because my ears were swelled up so much to the point that they had to drain so much liquid out to get the backing out of my ear. only to find out later that the piercing from HONE PIERCINGS was scratched up, bent, and not sterilized properly and led to a staph infection in the location of the piercing. i was charged $120 just to have it removed and possibly go to the doctors to get prescribed antibiotics. read more

I'm so glad, I got my 3 ear piercings with Hone Piercing tonight. The ladies there are wonderfully engaging, I remember the names Ren and Tara. I first scheduled an appointment online for my partner to get his first piercing (left earlobe) as a 32nd birthday present since the studio uses piercing needles instead of piercing guns. The Hone Piercing studio is clean and orderly. Tara performed the piercing for him and he and I had a great first experience there with her cheerful personality and easy-going chatter. 6 months later I finally made my Tuesday appointment to add 3 piercings to my ears. Tuesdays are buy 1 piercing, get 1 free! I'm in love with my second set of earlobe piercings and a helix piercing on my right ear. Tara helped me pick out the appropriate size opal earrings for my small ears and kindly cleaned up my overly reactive right earlobe. If I wanted another piercing in the future I would certainly go back. My partner's ear healed nicely and he returned 7 weeks after his visit to get his stud changed out to a hoop. I highly recommend making an appointment with Hone piercing if you're looking to get your first piercing or add more. I'm excited for my ears to heal, then I can go back on one of the jewelry promo days. read more
