Honda World wasted my time and my money. I brought my car in after an independent mechanic had already diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. I told the service advisor, Kim, exactly that, and instead of listening, she basically dismissed the diagnosis and told me I should have brought it to Honda World first. So they charged me $145 for their own diagnostic. The technician then had the nerve to tell me he "couldn't find anything wrong," but decided to investigate further, beyond what the $145 diagnostic supposedly covered because it was his "due diligence," and what did he find....? A blown head gasket. The exact problem I told them about before they took my money. Apparently, I paid $145 just to have Honda World repeat what another mechanic had already figured out. Then came the real punchline: a repair quote of over $10,000+ for a used engine with 60,000+ miles. As if that wasn't enough, the technician also recommended replacing my windshield wipers... which had been replaced literally ONE WEEK before my appointment. If they're trying to sell me wipers I clearly don't need, why should I trust anything else on their inspection? The entire experience came across as arrogant, dismissive, and more focused on squeezing money out of me than actually listening. Being talked down to, paying for a diagnostic that confirmed what I already knew, getting hit with a five-figure repair quote, and then being told I need brand-new wipers that were already brand new is laughable. read more

My experience today at Honda World were below my expectations of my usual great service . First the intake service personnel was unfamiliar with the reason I was there try to sell me services that was always done on my car. Service Department should take a page out of Wendell's book on how to service Honda World customers. Your team today could learn a thing or two on customer service etiquette . I'm usually a satisfied customer but the treatment today was unacceptable. Honda World I expected better from you as a lifetime supporter of your business. We recently went into have our car serviced as we usually do at Honda World. The day after we noticed a significant scratch on the front left front bumper and a dent and scratches on the metal below. This was not there before going in for service, there camera going in didn't show it, however, going out the camera did show it. What did Honda World do about it ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SO THIS IS A SITUATION WHERE THEY COULD HAVE SHOWED GREAT SERVICE AND THEY DID NOTHING. My dad owed a body shop for over 50 years and this would have been fixed. They had great service and satisfied customers. Honda World not so much. It's sad that it showed nothing before they fixed it and damage after and they take NO responsibility. Not sure I would buy another car there or service. One can definitely see it is not about the satisfied customers. read more

PLEASE be informed before you go in for Service The owner's manual of most new models suggest that you follow the maintenance minder but this dealership (and apparently other Honda Dealerships) will offer you services before they show up on the minder which they base on suggested maintenance under SEVERE driving conditions without asking about your driving habits. No doubt these services will not hurt your car but they will likely make your overall services more expensive than necessary over time. I will admit I went into this situation way under informed and did not double check what I was being told. I would highly recommend that you create an account on the official Honda Service Records website so you can track (and keep for your records) the services that are performed at any Honda dealership https://owners.honda.com/service-maintenance/records .Just be sure to double check that each service you paid for is registered on this. My experience with this dealership was that they failed to register the more expensive of the servicing that I had done on my vehicle and then insisted that they had registered them all despite me showing them that only the oil change and tire rotation had been registered on this site (about 2 weeks after my visit). I am hoping that they will correct this for me soon. I will credit this dealership for being pleasant, having a nice waiting area and especially for the GM being very responsive to my issues read more

I have bought several cars, but this by far has been my best experience. Everything was done over texting, except the paperwork, with Randy Ennis. I was dealing with Honda dealers in Little Rock, Memphis, White Hall, Fort Smith, and Oklahoma but nobody was giving me a deal like Randy. Plus, they don't have DOC fees. I was in and out in an hour and a half which is unheard of these days. I went to test drive a car in Little Rock, a few days before coming to Honda World, and stayed over two hours just trying to deal with them. I highly recommend Randy!! read more

Not a good experience. 2 months after buying a used car had critical internal engine problems. Russell Bellamy did not care. This salesman is all about the sale but nothing afterwards. At least be a little compassionate and say that you will speak with the manager. We didn't get that much. Will never step foot on this lot again. Had a great experience at Red River Dodge in Heber Springs with a used vehicle. They have my business from now on. And it is well worth the drive to work with these great folks. read more

We've always had a good experience Honda World, but were shocked today that none of the staff was wearing masks to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Nearly all the customers were wearing protection had to repeatedly waive off salesmen who were not. As a two-Honda household, this has damaged our view of the brand. read more

I took my Honda CR-V to Honda World this morning before 8 AM, and it literally took them 2 hours to complete a routine oil change. I noticed in reading other reviews posted by Honda World customers that they had similar experiences with the service department. Just be forewarned about waiting a very long time for service at this dealership. The interesting thing is that I had not had the same experience in the past. read more

NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Our experience was horrendous. We contacted them about a 2006 Subaru STI they had for sale. They were helpful and sent us pictures and info on the car since we were going to travel from Colorado to them to get this car. We were trading in a 2011 Subaru WRX once we got down there. Once the dealership opened for the day we spoke to Randi in sales. He went and retrieved the car for us to test drive. When looking over the car we noticed that there wasn't any coolant in the car. Mentioned this to Randi who said he would put it in once we got back. Once out in the road we noticed a few more things wrong like power steering going out, bad struts, and a few more minor things. Once we got back, talked and got everything on the way we mentioned to Randi once more there needed to be coolant in the car. He took it to the service bay and filed it up with coolant and oil. Once we got back to Colorado we had our machanic who is a Subaru specialist look at it. He gave us a call and told us that he had found metal shrapnel in the oil pan. He mentioned that the coolant and oil in the car weren't the proper ones for the vehicle and that it looked like they had done some work under there so they should've caught the issue. We contacted the dealership and spoken to general manager Wes asking for a solution the this blown up engine. We asked if either they pay for half to rebuild the engine or trade our car back. He said it wasn't his fault we purchased the car and if we wanted to trade it back we would have to pay the difference from the mileage put in both cars and 2,000 for "maintenance fee". We asked to speak to the owner and Wes said he wasn't available and hung up on us. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT A BUCK THEN THEH DO WHO TOU ARE. read more

Got a car from here had it for 2 years, the first time I got tags on it I didn't have a title from the dealership and was told I would not be able to renew the tags until the dealership sent the title to the revenue office. I informed Honda world of this and they said it would be taken care of. So by the time I went to renew my tags a year later I was expecting this to be done. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my tags renewed because Honda world never sent in the title. Come to find out they never recieved the title from the previous owner but still sold me the car and did not have the title even after I had the car for 2 years. Obviously this should never happen when buying a used car from a dealership, especially a big name dealership like Honda world I was very upset with this and they refused to acknowledge this issue to the point I sent the car to the finance company and had it removed from my credit due to this issue. read more
