I live north of Clinton , he listen to is sure I had with a truck fire which burnt up my 2019 gmc texas edition limited , he got me into a 2017 gmc. looks just like my old one but only had 70, 000 plus on it , always asked if I needed. any thing to drink or snack on , he remembers my post in Clinton area how I was treated by ins company. how they only alllow me 15,700 I put a good down payment on this truck. But I did notice the interest rate so that's the reason. My interest rate was higher because of the gap insurance is not paying their bill right now, but I will get it paid off as soon as I get the extra funds to do that to get rid of rate I gotta pay my taxes on it, no big deal. I can get that done thank you Daylan very much for helping me out. Just know when I get on the case I have I will be talking to you again. Thank you for your time and your help with the app. I remember when apps were done by the salesman there done over the phone type was .     Super unprofessional staff. When purchasing the vehicle they gave me a price in text and then wrote…read morethe financing contract at a higher price. When I questioned them they said they'd send me the $1000 check difference instead of having to redo the paperwork. I wasn't thinking about all the other fees I incurred because of that extra $1000 so at the time I agreed. When I tried to contact them regarding the extra fees that I paid because of their mistake, it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I was transferred to voicemails and told id receive calls back, which I never did. Finally accepting that they wouldn't agree to more than the $1000, the original check had expired. I called to get the original check replaced and they assured me they would resend the check. Apparently they sent it to my previous address that I hadn't lived at for over a year PRIOR to buying the vehicle. Not sure how they even got that address, then refused to resend the check to my current address unless they got the check returned to them from the wrong address, as if that is my issue. They blamed me, twisted my story, and made up lies all over what was originally THEIR MISTAKE and then THEIR MISTAKE AGAIN. I finally got the check a year later but I do not recommend doing business with any of them but especially stay clear of James Williams and Nate.

    Please, Please do not go to this dealership for anything - purchase a new/used car and especially…read morethe service department. I had to bring in my new 2026 Carnival for a diagnostic check. We made an appointment only to be told they did not know when they would be able to look at it. You are assigned an advisor to communicate between you and the tech. Ours was Chandler - if you have to go to Crain please ask for another advisor. He never communicated once with us about updates on our car. We had to constantly call them and every time we got the runaround. Finally after having my car for 3 weeks, they decided it was "fixed" Not even sure what they did to it to get it fixed. Even to find out our car was ready, we had to call them. They were not going to call us. This is the absolute worst customer service we have had anywhere. Chandler really needs to rethink his life choices and find a job he is actually good at and not work with the public. I am now waiting until we have paid enough on our KIA and will trade it in for something else - definitely will not own another KIA again and it is all because of the service at Crain.

    Purchased a vehicle back in November on a Saturday and was told after we signed the paperwork that…read morethe truck would not be ready until the following Monday. Told us that we had a done deal before the we agreed upon the numbers and we were under the impression that they accepted our offer. Have yet to receive any paperwork on the extra stuff we purchased. Contacted a manager back in December and told him the issues we had and he could care less. They only thing that they have held up on their end is take our money and get us a new key other than that ZERO.
