Definitely DO NOT suggest coming here. I got my brakes done, simple right? Wrong! First off it literally took ALL DAY to even do my brakes. Second off my car was good for about a month or 2. I contacted them and let them know, they said there's no way that they should be squeaking (which I know that) they also changed the rotors the first go around. I leave and everything sounds good. A couple days later maybe 3-4 days. My brakes start to squeak again so I contact them multiple times with no response at all. Now my rotors are grinding as well which is impossible if they changed them. Really don't recommend this place to ANYONE. What makes it worse is I HAVE A DAMN HONDA!!! Pathetic way to run a business read more

H-pro is the best. I just drove almost 2 hours to come here to get my car serviced because that's just how great H-Pro is. Luis and his shop is one of the best mechanics I know. Honest, knowledgeable, fair prices and goes out of his way and above and beyond for customer satisfaction every time and keeps customers like me coming back for years. I highly recommend H-Pro. read more

Finally!! Finally a mechanic that isn't trying to lie, upsell, and rip you off.. I have taken 4 cars to this guy and every single time he figures out what the problem is, and fixes it! At a reasonable price!! Why? Because he would rather have word of mouth referral's.. That's how you get to helping out those who really need it... and that is honorable. Thank you Lu... Genuinely, thank you. read more

Scammer Alert and LIAR!!!!! Don't waste your money or go to this place! Luis the owner is a thief and straight LIAR! Took my 2014 Honda Odyssey because the Alternator went out, in July of 2022, took this scammer shop he told us he bought us a brand new and installed it! He gave us lifetime warranty on parts. He even took a video of him opening up the box and taking out the alternator which he sends to my wife. This last weekend Saturday the Alternator went out while my family and kids are in it, stranded ok the side of the Freeway. Called him up and he tells us he fully booked and can't take it in. We take it to anothe close by shop and find out the alternator is from Autozone and refurbished or used but rebuilt. We call back Luis and he tell me they are just wrong and that he'll call the manager to get us a new one. Further investigation by a Autozone management tells us that the one he put in is confirmed being a refurbished per the serial number and the only new one are the gold which is not what we have. They also tell me their line of alternators "duralast" are all refurbished there's no such thing as new ones. The box is clearly marked refurbished in bold red! The new ones are good but not recommended for my van. Next day I call Luis and explain he tells me they -Autozone are "lying"and "they don't know what they talking about" when I tell him about the one he put in refurbished per the serial number he back tracks and tells me "oh I just put in what they give me" lol what a joke, really? This clown-Luis is one lie after another lie. All Bul $hit! I asked him to refund me my money as I paid for a new one and he put in a refurbished something I he lied about and he straight say no and it's been 9 months- I explain yeah because you basically put in a used part, again telling him that he should've be upfront because I wound have agreed to that especially if he charging for "New"! He denies my refund and hangs up on me! Don't waste your money on Honda Pro! They are scammers, double check your serial numbers on your parts. If you're having problems with your car with 1 year make sure you get what you pay for! This shop is being reported to the BBB and local government about their practices. Don't come here! Liars scammers read more

I have two cars. One is my fun weekend car (Challenger V8) and the other is my 2000 Honda daily driver. The Honda got side swiped by a girl in a very large truck while parked. Her insurance paid me a sum and I heard great things about Luis' shop over in San Bernardino so I took it in. It needed a lot of work, more than just the bumper. It had a major leak and all the brakes were shot. Long story short I get the car back in 2 days and it runs like a dream! The brake light was on and after the brake work it went away. The car runs with a lot of power after the leak fix. The best part? The price! Insanely low. Go here if you need work done! It's in their name "Pro". read more

What a great place, I found this shop here on yelp And it had great reviews no I know why. They are great friendly people who do great work for a completely fare price. They don't try and sell you services you don't need. It's hard to find a shop I can trust with my 93 accord but I have now. That is guys. #honestshop #greatpeople read more

This place has outstanding service. I went here for an AC recharge, the mechanic also pointed out some corrosion on my lines, said it contributing to the loss of refrigerant. Which made sense, it was probably because I used an DIY recharge kit. DIY recharge kits are never recommended, since must people do not have the proper measuring device for refrigerants. If you overfill it, the A/C system can be damaged which will end costing more than a recharge. Overfilling will also not make the A/C any cooler. This place is an honest place not looking to rep you off. I recommend it for any one needing mechanical services on their vehicle. read more

Luis was very honest. He didn't try to trick me into paying money I didn't need to pay. I had run over an object on the road, and as a result, something from the bottom of my car was hanging down. The bottom of my car was dragging on the ground. I went to see Luis at Honda Pro. Luis pushed it in, and he said I didn't have to do anything. I needed to go to a Honda dealership to get an oil change. I had the dealership also look at the bottom of my car, and the dealership said I didn't need to do anything with the bottom of my car. Thank you, Luis, for your honesty. read more

Oh my, where do I start? Lets start with the fuel pump, because that I can display. So, this "Honda Pro" shop decided to put a 2002-2005 1.7L fuel pump that I used by a D17 Engine into a 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si Ep3 that has a k20z3 engine. Funny part about all this is I called them and spoke to the mechanic, aka male receptionist because he doesn't deserved to be called a mechanic. He tried telling me that a 1.7L base model can use the same fuel pump as a 2.0L honda civic si... uh no the hell they cant. 0.3L of a difference, meaning a bigger engine, meaning requires more gas to operate, duhhh?? The mechanic is absolute joke, funny thing is they charged me extra for it. His excuse is "it's what autozone sent me" BULL SHIT. He got caught and throughout the conversation was ass hurt that I called him out on his bull shit. This place will rip your ass a new one if you let them. Do not bring your car here. What a shit show. Last thing, this piece of shit shop told me, "if you had the problem for a year why didn't you bring it in".. Uh the problem wasn't fixed the fist place, why would I bring it back to you if you caused the problem? I fixed it myself, in a way faster amount of time too. Incompetent ass shop, going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. All these other yelp reviews are either done by friends or family members, guaranteed. This shop most likely got the 1.7L fuel pump from one of their piece of shit used parts vehicles in front of their shop. *** That was just the fuel pump*** Lets get started on the other 2 things I had them "fix", but of course they didn't. So, my vtec solenoid is throwing a check engine light, I told them to fix it. They'd say they'd rebuild it and not replace the whole thing and I'd save money. Cool. Ok, so I drive away and 2 weeks later check engine light comes on again, vtec solenoid error code is thrown. Last thing, I wanted them to put new brakes and rotors on the car and now they squeak so bad, like fingernails on chalkboard, especially when they become heated. For the brakes, rotors, vtec solenoid, I had a COMPLETELY different shop fix the issue for $700. For the brakes, they told me they were crap parts. Makes sense, most likely bought of Ebay, all in all, this shop is complete trash. Please feel free to message me, i'll show you receipts to prove it. No way in hell would I take my car back to them to have them fix it, because if its not fixed the first time, never look back. They're so damn incompetent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They already have had two complaints on BBB in their 5 years of being a company. Garbage company, I'm not a mechanic, don't need to be, but I can sure tell you these guys don't have a clue what they're doing, Scummy scammers. read more

So I both a Acura MDX on Craigslist some jerk sold me a car with a blown engine and transmission was also going out. After deciding to keep the car I started calling around and found Honda Pro. Luis rebuilt my engine and went ahead and took out my transmission so it could be rebuilt as well he also found me help for that too. Then when it can time to license my car he had a reference where I could have that done in one day. Luis is a stand up guy anytime I need him he's there. The good news is other than changing the oil I never need him. He did a fantastic job on my car I trust no one else to work on my Acura now. I'm a single lady and people tend to take advantage. He is honest and has fantastic prices!!! It's a win win...thanks Luis read more

Very trust worthy shop I took my 2012 honda civic to them for ac service because I was having problems with A replacement part I installed from Autozone a remanufactured ac compressor turned out to be bad and even though he wasn't the one who did the install he advised me the compressor had a bad switch and told me to replace it and bring car back and he would recharge ac in my car. Note: he spent 2hrs diagnosing the car I wasn't charged any fees for his time or advice or given a sales pitch for service that's very honorable..... I followed his advise too take back bad parts buy brand new OEM replacement part and took it back to HONDA PRO They fixed my AC for a extremely low price. I highly recommend PRO HONDA they wont change the price of thier quote very professional and honest. read more

I took my 07 Honda SI for a clutch master and slave cylinder change they replaced it and had my car ready when they said they were. The price for the installation was more than fair. I would recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for honest advice and fair price. I will be taking my car to them for any other issues my car gives me and will be recommending them to family and friends. read more

On October 11, 2018, my girlfriend brought her car into Honda Pro to have the transmission replaced. After picking it up, it still wasn't shifting properly so she brought it back to have them fix it properly. After having brought it back to them, she had to bring it back an additional two times because it was continually leaking transmission oil. On January 1, 2019, she brought my car in again to have some seals, water pump, timing belt, etc. replaced. On February 18, 2019, she left California to move to Houston, Texas. During the journey, her water pump began to fail. She took it to another shop once she arrived in Houston and had them run a diagnostic on it and they confirmed that the water pump was leaking through the weep hole and needed to be replaced. A week later, she moved to Louisiana and was finally able to have someone here replace the water pump. On June 3, 2019, her car had to be towed to another shop here because the transmission had completely failed. They confirmed that the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. She contacted Honda Pro to inform them of the transmission failing, since it was more important, and expensive, than the water pump, which she had simply replaced without needing their assistance, despite it being something they should have compensated her for. After informing them of the situation with the transmission, they insisted on sending another one rather than reimbursing her (as she had originally asked) for the trouble and danger of driving across the country and being unable to get to work without having to rely on other transportation. The transmission they sent was not only the wrong type, it also didn't work from the time it was put into her car. They then proceeded to make excuses such as saying other parts were to blame, recommending to replace the computer, and even blaming the mechanic here who even went out of his way to replace each part they brought up as an excuse to rule out any additional possibilities. After having the mechanics speak to each other, Honda Pro said they would only send another transmission but it would only be done once their supplier had another in stock, which had no tentative date. With it having been over 4 months that her car had been in the shop due to two failed transmissions and no effort of any additional compensation, she informed Honda Pro that she would have the mechanic here order another transmission and would prefer that they simply reimburse her for the wasted money, time, and bad parts. They outright refused and talked over her enough to drown out the sound of her voice and then blamed her car for not working properly, not anything within her car but her car itself. After paying $1900 to Honda Pro for parts and labor that lasted between 2-7 months, she now have to spend another $1400 to replace the parts they allegedly fixed. While driving 2000 miles across the country with parts failing, she's very lucky to not have other parts fail and endanger her life even more. She has the original paperwork and documentation for everything they've done to her car, the diagnostic of the water pump from the shop in Houston, the invoices from the mechanic that's working on it now, as well as recorded phone conversations as proof for everything stated. She decided file a complaint with the BBB and HondaPro responded to the complaint and refused to compensate her at all and said the date she first contacted them was in September of 2019, which was actually the date that she contacted them to inform them that the replacement transmission they sent was the wrong type and didn't even work at all. After proving they lied about the date and contact history, as well as the work they've done, they refused to communicate any further. This company says whatever they want to cover their asses while taking advantage of people by doing as little as possible. Use as your own risk but be prepared to pay another shop to fix the mistakes of HondaPro because they won't fix the problems they caused. read more

Quick and amazing service, couldn't be happier. Honest mechanics are hard to come by , wouldn't trust anyone else! Highly recommended!

I'm a former diesel technician for 2 reputable dealerships for 13 years. I also lead 2 shops so I know quality work when I see it. I know how to read good mechanics from mediocre ones. I must say Luis (shop owner), was the most honest and seemed to be the most talented technician I interviewed during my search for a race engine build. I visited 3 other shops and all said no warranty which of course led me to believe they had no trust in their builds. Luis was straight up honest and wasn't shy to mention that only quality parts will be used. I had a worn out dohc vtec and he turned it into a turbocharged monster! I will proudly rep Hondapro and will be back for more mods. Thanks Luis and team hondapro. read more
