Been here twice and they are useless. Not even sure why they are in business. They couldn't do any job related to mufflers which is strange.

I was in Big Bear recently and my catalytic converter went out (basically the inside burned up and fell apart). Called aroud in Big Bear and there was nobody available to do it over the weekend so I called Brian's down the hill in San Bernardino and they were able to get the part and do the job that day (contrary to other places in the area that I called) they had the lowest price in the area and they finished the job quickly so far so good no complaints. read more

Manuel did an excellent job installing and extending my after market exhaust. The cat back had to be extended by a few inches on my 90' 4 door Acura Integra since it was meant for a 2 door. If I can give him No star I would. I replace Cadillac converter 2 years a go which is 2018 that car are Honda Odyssey 2001 this year I have to do smog check and it fail in testing. I don't pass my warranty but he wouldn't replace the Cadillac converter even I have his warranty with me and it was less thin 10,000 km which is that what he give every customer as a warranty. Someone stole the Cat off my car. I came here to get it replaced. Come to find out . A bad cat converter was put on my car. I felt something was wrong when I couldn't pass smog due to the "new" cat that was just put on . Now It's completely failed as soon as I passed my 1 year warranty frame. They won't replace it. They said the cat is now 500. I will definitely be reporting this business to Better Business Bureau. I just put 300$ down the drain . read more
