Been here twice and they are useless. Not even sure why they are in business. They couldn't do any job related to mufflers which is strange.

This guys argued with me about what time he closes and acted as if I was wrong telling me that on Saturdays that he closes at 4pm when it says 6pm right here on Yelp. I hate unreliable businesses. I'm sure glad I called before I went over there or I would have been upset. If you gonna close at 4pm then update your Yelp it's really not that hard. read more

Super honest with great prices and service! Went in after my catalytic converter was stolen and got great fast work done to replace it.

I was in Big Bear recently and my catalytic converter went out (basically the inside burned up and fell apart). Called aroud in Big Bear and there was nobody available to do it over the weekend so I called Brian's down the hill in San Bernardino and they were able to get the part and do the job that day (contrary to other places in the area that I called) they had the lowest price in the area and they finished the job quickly so far so good no complaints. read more

I've been bringing my vehicles to Brian for over 10 years now. Always does great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Great prices on Flow Masters. Excellent work on my new exhaust pipe. I recommend this location for upgrades.

If I can give him No star I would. I replace Cadillac converter 2 years a go which is 2018 that car are Honda Odyssey 2001 this year I have to do smog check and it fail in testing. I don't pass my warranty but he wouldn't replace the Cadillac converter even I have his warranty with me and it was less thin 10,000 km which is that what he give every customer as a warranty. That didn't make no sense to me R.S read more

Got a flowmaster exhaust put in less than 20 minutes amazing job Manuel thank u

Highly recommend this guy, he really knows his stuff. He installed flowmaster's on my 2015 Dodge Challenger, and it's not the fact that he did it in just under an hour, it was nicely done. You can tell he has experience and takes pride in his work. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get and he gave me an explanation and break down on what he carried. But his recommendation was dead on. My car sounds like a beast! Really happy and would definitely bring all my cars to this guy. Like I said in the beginning, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

This man is awesome! He got done two people before me and I only had to wait about 30 minutes and then he got mine done extremely fast as well, and everything turned out way better than I expected. Honest and Competent. I am VERY impressed with how the manager Manuel advised me to solve the problem of WHY my Suburban had burned through its factory catalytic converter before just paying for another one. He actually originally turned down a sale to make sure I did it right. I highly recommend Brian's Muffler. read more

I gotta give this guy a 5 star on everything. I called a few places and he was the only one who gave me a straight answer. I went over the same day. He explained the different flowmasters and options. I picked one and he started working on my truck immediately. 15 minutes later he was all done with the and I was on my way back home. No bull like other places who upsell you and take forever. Fast and friendly service. He showed me exactly what he did after he was done and he did a solid job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I'll take every car I ever get to this guy! The car sounds amazing too. My dads 2006 Toyota Tacoma V6 4.0L also had a Flowmaster from here and it sounds great too also with amazing quality. My 1993 Jeep Wrangler 4,0L and 1993 Ford Festiva 1.8L both had catalytic converters installed from here and both passed smog the first time! I've also had a 2010 Ford Fusion 3.0L V6 with dual exhaust he installed two Magnaflows for $200. If you want to hear any of these cars message me and I would be glad to show you this guys work.
