He is first come, first serve so if you want some work done, best get there early to see him. Would definitely recommend this spot to any of my friends and family looking to get some work done.

"THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING" Jim the owner was very helpful and friendly, he was able to give me a variation of option and is knowledgeable about the industry and the noise each muffler has. He is straight forward and isn't out to haggle you for your money by up selling you brand name muffler. He gives you honest opinion which I think is hard to find when it come to automotive stuff. He has the best price in town with multiple combinations that vary in price. I decided to go with the 3" flow master FX, 3" mandrel pipe, and a chrome tip for a reasonable price of $199.99! NAME A PLACE THAT OFFERS QUALITY PRODUCTS AND LABOR FOR THAT PRICE!!! Overall, very happy with the whole experience I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to beef up there ride with a nice exhaust system. P.s: Jim is a one man shop, be patient and believe me you won't regret it!!

I had Jim replace the TRD muffler on my Tundra with dual exhaust with a nice polished Aero muffler. This guy knows his stuff. He ONLY does exhaust work! His prices are very good and his work is outstanding! I saw him interact with a few other customers that showed up for a variety of exhaust work and he treated everyone of them fairly and respectfuly. Highly recommend him!

I had the most refreshing experience with Jim's operation after being referred to him by my local automotive service shop in Riverside. I found Jim to be very competent and knowledgeable in the area of exhaust and muffler repair/ replacement work. He was very honest, fair and charged a very reasonable price for the work that I had done. I came in needing to place the exhaust pipe and muffler on my 1988 Toyota truck for which he was only going to charge $140. However, after discussing the work more with Jim, I determined that it would be safer for mounting and Smog test purposes to also replace an additional segment that included the catalytic converter which only cost an additional $120 and would give me peace of mind taking care of a 29 year old exhaust/ emission system. I really appreciated Jim's expertise, professionalism and personable manner. I have high standards and I would recommend Jim's shop without hesitation to anyone in need of this type of work.

Get there early ! He did a great job and really fast ! Knows his stuff and you cant beat the price . He did a performance exhaust on my first gen Tundra and it sounds great and added horse power. Oh and bring some cat treats for the cats .

I found Jim's muffler shop on Marketplace. I read some reviews and was hesitant at first but so glad I made the decision to drive 60 miles to the shop. Jim is a solid guy who knows his business. Unlike those few bad reviews, Jim did not rush me, did not try and sell me, he simply answered my questions and matched me with what I came for. His inventory will suit your needs and wants! Went to Jim for an exhaust, I told him what I wanted and what tone I was looking for. Jim did an excellent job explaining which muffler did what. I went with a borla exhaust, pipe and tip. The workmanship was great, I was the first customer in and I was out within 35 minutes! The price was more than fair, he gave me a great deal. Don't waste your time here. Jim is a joke. Wouldn't even give a star if it was my choice. Go elsewhere You can get someone for your muffler needs who actually cares to help you and have actual interest in whatever work you desire. This guy acts like he's doing what he's doing for free. Spend your money on another business who actually cares about the consumer. I called and was talked to like I was a burden. Showed up in person and got the same result. You been warned. read more

DONT RECOMMEND WASTE OF TIME AND UNPROFESSIONAL Spoke to him for couple days i wanted to install exhaust tips and he told me its all walk in's "first come first serve" Drove there 45 min since he doesn't do appointments I showed up and got turned back right away as he claimed he had a 5 hour job do to and was starting at that moment which is understanding but very unprofessional as he just turned me away with no options as "hey sorry my apologies I can get you in tomorrow or the next day" or what works for you nothing.. just can't get you in Nothing just straight turned me away DONT RECOMMEND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE DROVE 45 mins there for nothing read more

Came here last minute to get my factory muffler welded back onto my car. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. He does a fantastic job and is very good at what he does. Welds are extremely clean. All I gotta say is this guy is great at what he does. He cut out and reinstalled my existing Carven R with a new mandrel on my Silverado. Other places never had mandrels in stock but at Jim's muffler I was in and out of there within 30 min. My truck sounds just like I wanted it to sound, great job Jim and thank you. read more

I'm giving 3 starts for excellent service in the 80's,90's,and 2000's. Been trying for two weeks to get cats installed in my truck ,I understand things are different now from the Clovid ,But man are things that good where you refuse work ,or work that won't make you top $!Ive had over 8 cars over the years done by you, I guess it's like they say things never stay the same , adios Jim ! read more

Quick and easy! I went into Jim's muffler today for a new exhaust on my truck. I wanted something slightly louder than stock. He gave me his recommendation and it was exactly what I was looking for. Went last weekend. Walked in picked what I wanted with some insight from Jim . I went with the super 44. Love the sound . The sound is deep. Some drone on the inside but worth it. I put it on my 2016 Silverado . The addition of the black tip made my truck look custom . I was done in 35 mins . I would definitely recommend family and friends to come here. I read the reviews and I don't understand why people said he was not customer friendly. I took my Bronco into his shop to have a pair of cats put on. My situation is not as straight forward as most of his work is. He let me know my options, what the state requires, etc. He only had one in stock. He called around, found a 2nd cat and had it done by 12:30 the same day. This was on a Friday before Memorial Day weekend. He said he had a full schedule that day. In my opinion he went above and beyond great customer service. I would not hesitate to use, or refer him in the future. Thank you Jim. read more

Had work done on my 2005 F150 FX 4. Jim gave me a great deal and performed the work in under an hour, which was great because the work was done during my lunch break. He was professional and he offered many options for what I was looking for. I got what I wanted for a little over 200 bucks. I am very happy with the work he performed and would definitely go back or recommend to friends and family. read more

The company AAA sent out screwed things up really bad (Please see my review for Hope towing in San Bernardino to find out how I found Ryan.) I was desperate to get my car up and running that I just started calling random mobile mechanics I found on Yelp. Luckily the only one to call back was Ryan. I explained to him what happened and he came out that same evening, after attending a previous client. He assessed the car and gave me an honest answer. I paid him his assessment fee and figured I'd call AAA back to make things right and 5 days later and no solution and I'm still without a working vehicle. I text Ryan once again and tell him how AAA was giving me the runaround and how my car was still not fixed. He advised me on a few solutions and I decided to just purchase a battery elsewhere and have Ryan install it. This way once installed if any other issues arose Ryan would be able to give me a real-time solution and pricing. Not only did he install the battery. He went above and beyond with small details that not everyone would do. He checked the voltage and gauges. He told me the car was up and running with no major issues. He did discover a water pump leak and gave me an estimate then and there. He didn't try and price gouge me or lie and say I needed a new alternator. He's an honest guy, who works hard, and is just looking to make an honest buck. Next time you need good work at reasonable prices hit up Ryan.
