    I've been to a lot of motorcycle dealers in my search for the right used bike. I must say that Honda northwest has a bike for every rider and price point. Great selection of both new and used. Jason Siegel(GM) there made my purchase this past Saturday a pleasure. No pressure very patient and knowledgeable attitude. Highly recommend !!!

I paid over 1700$ for the kitty cat snowmachine. The least he could do is tell me he wasnt willing to ship it to me rather than charging me for it and not shipping it. The owner first told me he would have plenty of ATV's available and to come in on a Saturday after I visited the store on Wed. and he closed early. Once there he shrugged me off to talk to a friend for a good 10 min not even acknowledging my wife and I were in his 100 sq ft store. After I asked him what he had available he said he only had one of what I wanted left and ignored the fact he told me to come in on Sat and not earlier. Upset but looked past it, we made a purchase. After purchasing two kids ATV;s before Christmas and being told one would be ready before and one would come in after that is where the experience gets worse. He said he would call me on Monday before Christmas to confirm he put the ATV together. He never reached out, then when I reached out on Tues. he tells me very rudely he will get to it when he gets to it and I will know because he will call me. Again, I was upset that the owner was talking to me this way but moved on. The next day he tells me he doesn't have the red ATV only blue and this is the day before Christmas Eve. Turns out he sold the one he sold me and expedited another one but got the wrong color. He blamed it on the manufacturer saying he could not see through the box. No apology only combativeness. Started to get very rude with instant messages and told me not to tell him how to run a business and to F-off, etc. and that he would refund me. So I had to scramble and drive hours to another dealer to get a gift in time for my kids and he still continued to refuse to refund my money and tried to impose a restocking fee and cancellation fee etc. After I wrote a bad review, he threatened me. Spammed my work, family and friends and continues to threaten me. He even found my home address. I have had to go to the police to file a report because he cannot run a business. I would stay clear at all cost.

    I've been coming to this place since my brother, Dirk Christopher Hostetler (Host, near the end)…read morepassed way on October 19th, 2008 and willed me his R1200c. They are amazing and you'd never know that this is the most active BMW dealership in the state. The service department has consistently given me precise diagnostic work, clear estimates, and meticulous documentation of all maintenance, from valve adjustments and final drive service to complex electrical troubleshooting and software updates including when I messed my electrical system up bad by installing an LED nightlight system on it. Their technicians treat older oilheads and newer water-cooled models with equal competence, use OEM parts unless I request alternatives, and always torque to spec and log service intervals so my maintenance history is complete and easy to reference. I sold that 1200 with all its maintenance paperwork and bought an R18. Turnaround times are accurate, communication is proactive (calls, texts, and photos when needed), and they're transparent about what is urgent versus what can wait, which makes long-term ownership planning honest and straightforward. The parts guy and his counter is efficient, knows microfiche and part supersessions cold, and can usually get obscure components within a couple of days. Overall, the operation feels like a high-volume shop in terms of capability and inventory, but with the attention to detail and personal familiarity of a small, specialist BMW-only garage. Do NOT ignore the huge selection of used bikes of EVERY MAKE that they've serviced and, many times, have rebuilt. Their inventory is ENORMOUS and their prices are below market (I am constantly amazed at their below market deals).

To be clear, the service itself was completed professionally and I paid the $420 bill without issue. My frustration is not about paying for maintenance -- it's about feeling misled throughout the process and disappointed by the lack of customer care. When I purchased the bike brand new, I was told the first 600-mile service was included. Because of the Midwest riding season and winter storage, I didn't hit the mileage until later. During visits in January and March, I specifically asked if I could bring the bike in early for service since I was still under the mileage requirement at the time. I was told no and that the bike needed to be at least around 550 miles before the service could be performed. Now, after completing and paying for the service, I was informed that as of January 2026 the bike actually could have been brought in as early as 350 miles. That was extremely frustrating to hear because it directly contradicted what I had been told previously when I made efforts to schedule the service earlier. Had I been given accurate and consistent information from the beginning, this entire situation could have been avoided. What also disappointed me was that the 6-month limitation was never strongly emphasized during purchase or during my follow-up visits. Most dealerships that value long-term relationships would at least provide a courtesy reminder or better guidance regarding an important warranty/service deadline, especially for customers who actively service and purchase through them regularly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I completely understand dealerships have policies and need to run a business, but consistency and customer communication matter. I've purchased and serviced 3 BMW motorcycles through them, regularly bought riding gear there, tipped staff generously, and even referred multiple customers who ended up purchasing bikes from them. I genuinely believed I was building a long-term relationship with this dealership. In fact, I was seriously considering purchasing a new M1000R from them as my next bike, but after this experience, I've decided I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This review is not directed at any one employee personally, but rather the overall handling of the situation and lack of customer goodwill. Very disappointing experience from a dealership I previously spoke highly of.

I want to tell everybody my bike has been made whole by J&BCycles in Burlington Wisconsin. Let me just tell you the experience between Pure Powersports & J&B Cycles is no comparison in terms of quality, communication, quality assessment and fair and equitable pricing. But mostly solid peace of mind. J&B went over my bike after I got it back from Jeremey at Pure Powersports and his teams response was Jeremey did nothing but add an air cleaner and remove catalytic converter for 7300.00. I did file a fraud report with my bank and recovered the money. I then took it to Jake at J&B cycles and all I can tell you I completely trust his work and his work ethic. My advice to anyone considering going to PurePowersports is DON'T GO at some point you will regret it. If you want to see my bike or review its before and after performance please reach out to me. I would be more than happy to show you anything you want to see and answer your questions. I am a totally more informed buyer and reviewer of motorcycle service shops. Jeremey took advantage of my ignorance and I am partly to blame for not educating myself. But nonetheless all is good now and much better then I could have ever hoped. A week later I was going to bring my bike in, I read a few extremely troubling review on how Jeremy was using old motor parts instead of brand new parts and this was verified by a Harley dealership you can read another reviews. He did absolutely ZERO work on my motorcycle it was on his property less than 24 hours. The motorcycles in his shop we're covered in dust no work being performed on any bikes immediate gut feeling this was a scam! I explained I decided not to go with the build he got irate belligerent spewing profanities threaten to call the police to have me remove from his property and immediately said he was going to try to sue me! I asked for my deposit back he agreed said 3 to 5 business days I have yet to see it. Do not trust this company or Jeremy you will never get your money back look at other reviews on Yelp. STAY FAR AWAY!
