We went to do the final signing with the notary and I noticed the payment was to low, I told her that the payment was wrong. Something was missing and she said OK we'll look into it. I get my first statement which was due December 1, 2024 the payment still low. I call the loan officer we were working with (Tana goff) and she says oh just make that payment and put the insurance into a savings account and pay it next year when it's due, I had already paid the whole a year in advance, (cal fair plan) That's not what we set up, That's not what we were promised, then our loan was sold, then we received a bill for regular insurance because that was not paid during closing, I called her again. She said oh that must've been an escrow mistake or an insurance mistake. I'll look into it. Never heard from her Again. So I've spent the last two months doing what should've been her job! So starting February 1,2025 I'll make my first payment at what it's supposed to be with everything included, with no help from her! so just make sure anyone you use follows through because I believe she dropped the ball somewhere!
