My first mortgage loan originator through my credit union seemed like the right choice since I've been with them for over thirty years. When they said I didn't qualify for a conventional loan because I didn't have enough income over the last two years, and that the only loan they could approve me for was an ARM with 40% down and a much higher interest rate than what I was willing to settle for, I thought my chances of buying my dream home was over. And a whole plethora of other liens, (irs, county, city, private, and business debt) and it was six figures. But Geo being Geo he found a way to keep his word and help my sister and I. When it came down to (tomorrow is THE LAST DAY) Geo literally stopped it in its tracks. He paid all of these creditors and local and federal agencies, and did so in my father's name. You see that saved my father's name at least on paper. I cannot convey to you the rapport I felt with Geo having risking this much money, and again saving my father's overall good name by paying all these bills.
