Since I bought the house, I've had nothing but endless problems with clogged drains, broken dishwasher due to a burned out pump; the heat pump was also burned out and the baseboard radiators were leaking. The inspection report showed no discrepancies. It has cost us several thousands of dollars to repair electrical and plumbing and heating and septic issues. I filed a claim with them. They told me that the best they can do is give me a refund for the inspection. I had to submit a waiver though that waived my rights to seek any more remedy. I'm still waiting for this refund.

He was a lifesaver and saved me thousands of dollars - for sure, without him, in one year, I would have had a foundation that was falling apart because the grading of the land would have allowed water into the home and was aimed toward the home instead of away from it. The second inspection found 21 additional items, 19 of which were deemed significant and some were also safety concerns. Based on this second report, the Builder came back and made required repairs. This was brought to the attention of the owner of Eagle Eye, but there was no follow-up on his part (i.e., no offer to reimburse part of their inspection fee or anything). Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their service.
