He prepared a report and supplemental reports that same day! He was always easily reachable by phone and very kind, helpful, honest, careful, friendly, and conscientious. His price was fair and reasonable. Do not build a home without calling Eric Espada! He was a lifesaver and saved me thousands of dollars - for sure, without him, in one year, I would have had a foundation that was falling apart because the grading of the land would have allowed water into the home and was aimed toward the home instead of away from it. I cannot say enough great things about Eric Espada. He was on my side and went to bat for me with the builder. He is the consummate professional who exceeded my already high expectations. We had another home inspection company, that several of my neighbors used, come 2 months after Eagle Eye. The second inspection found 21 additional items, 19 of which were deemed significant and some were also safety concerns. Based on this second report, the Builder came back and made required repairs. This was brought to the attention of the owner of Eagle Eye, but there was no follow-up on his part (i.e., no offer to reimburse part of their inspection fee or anything). Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their service.
