Scheduling his time was easy too, Joe was flexible on dates so we could land on a date and time where I could be in-person. On the day of the inspection, he arrived right on-time (10 mins early to be exact). Joe was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was seeing as he was seeing it. He was helpful in answering my questions during the inspection as well. We had another home inspection company, that several of my neighbors used, come 2 months after Eagle Eye. The second inspection found 21 additional items, 19 of which were deemed significant and some were also safety concerns. Based on this second report, the Builder came back and made required repairs. This was brought to the attention of the owner of Eagle Eye, but there was no follow-up on his part (i.e., no offer to reimburse part of their inspection fee or anything). Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their service.
