I have only good things to say for Joe's work from start to finish! He was very professional and…read morecommunicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his services and would gladly use them again. Prior to the inspection, he sent documents to sign and billing all via secure web-based channels. Scheduling his time was easy too, Joe was flexible on dates so we could land on a date and time where I could be in-person. On the day of the inspection, he arrived right on-time (10 mins early to be exact). Joe was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was seeing as he was seeing it. He was helpful in answering my questions during the inspection as well. After the inspection, Joe sent us an incredibly detailed inspection report, complete with pictures, arrows and descriptions to go along with them. The report was very clear to follow and very helpful in the next step of our home buying process.

Buying a home can be stressful, but Bryan made the entire inspection process informative,…read morecomfortable, and enjoyable. He welcomed my fiancée and I from the start and took the time to answer every question we asked without hesitation. What impressed me most was his combination of professionalism, honesty, and exceptional work ethic. Bryan's attention to detail gave us confidence in our home-buying decision, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us understand every aspect of the property. It's uncommon to find someone with both the personality and dedication that Bryan brings to his work. If you're buying a home in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend requesting him specifically. Don't just take my word for it, his track record speaks for itself. I would recommend Bryan a million times over. His honesty and expertise are worth their weight in gold. Thank you again Bryan!

Since I bought the house, I've had nothing but endless problems with clogged drains, broken dishwasher due to a burned out pump; the heat pump was also burned out and the baseboard radiators were leaking. The inspection report showed no discrepancies. It has cost us several thousands of dollars to repair electrical and plumbing and heating and septic issues. I filed a claim with them. They told me that the best they can do is give me a refund for the inspection. I had to submit a waiver though that waived my rights to seek any more remedy. I'm still waiting for this refund.

We had another home inspection company, that several of my neighbors used, come 2 months after Eagle Eye. The second inspection found 21 additional items, 19 of which were deemed significant and some were also safety concerns. Based on this second report, the Builder came back and made required repairs. This was brought to the attention of the owner of Eagle Eye, but there was no follow-up on his part (i.e., no offer to reimburse part of their inspection fee or anything). Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their service.
