There customer service amounts to Fred Neal, Rodney Neal, John Count or others ordering you out of their business - because you came in to ask 'where is the service you promised 8 weeks ago'. That's what I did; fred neal denied he was a owner and informed me that I had lost all 'credibility' for demanding my money be returned ($150.00). When I reminded them that I had called on numerous occasions and no one had returned my calls, and that the service was to be done in 'one week, possibly two' (from August 28th), their hinchman came running out of the other room screaming for me to 'get out' right now, and slamming his fist on the counter so hard I thought he either broke his fist the counter!!! In short, these people have no right being in business - period! They use intimidation to verbally 'beat up the customer'. I got my money back because I was not intimidated by these jerks and I was going to stay until they gave my $ back or called the Zephyrhills Police Dept. to come and throw me out (Fred Neal then told me me he called the owner and he would be their shortly and call the police!). This is their act (Fred is the owner along with Rodney and John Count) of Dade City. They are a bad joke....I'm not laughing and neither will you if you do business with them.

I have had a overpayment balance for years but now they say, they did not get the money, automatically sent by my bank. The bank proves they sent it but obviously, someone that is suppose to work in collections had misplaced the check. Terrible. I will be changing carriers. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I then continue calling to close my account and they said it was done and it never was. I got a bill in March thinking my account has been closed. I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
