I had simply called to ask for my out-of-state prescription to be filled and the 2 techs that passed me off were not giving me any helpful information at all, the pharmacist would not speak with me, when I finally requested he speak with me himself to get a straight answer, his air of me wasting his time was so palpable in his arrogant voice. He ended up hanging up the phone on me simply because I was pressing for some answers instead of excuses. They had zero time for me as a customer trying to get my medication. There are some people that should just not be working with the public and these are those people. What a toxic work environment I can just tell.

After walking around trying to find the item myself, I asked the pharmacist if he was aware if the product was stocked. He was familiar, but he still stepped out and helped me looked. In the end, I didn't buy anything, but the customer service offered especially by the pharmacist was really appreciated. I'm sure if I'd been looking for any other product, it would've been in stock.
