Had an issue with not receiving my rewards points Talked to…read morethe manager Nicole and supervisor who's name I don't recall on multiple occasions to try to resolve the issue At first they were cool about it and seemed like they wanted to help genuinely After the 3rd time of them promising to get the points situated Nicole had looked into my points and told me I had saved up $140 off worth of points Which makes sense since I go there often However when it was all said and done I had been given much less than even half of what she told me at $40 points When asked for clarification on the matter She got extremely rude on the phone repeating that she wasnt going to argue and it just is what it is No apology for her telling the incorrect information Just simply a bad attitude and unprofessional Pretty crazy when u spend that much money somewhere that they treat you like that when u just want what you earned

Feels like you're in a nice doctor's office as soon as you walk in. I emailed with questions a couple of days ago and they were quick to reply and friendly. I visited today, as the coronavirus is going on. They had excellent rules in place to protect their patients and staff. Very impressed with how they went about it. I felt very comfortable there and am very happy with my purchase. The flower I got has relieved my anxiety almost instantly. Definitely will be back and already told friends about how happy I am to have found this shop. Not to mention, their prices are fair!

He was a good listener and helped me find what I was looking for. Personable and professional. The inner sanctum was clean, light, and welcoming. I know they aren't yet ready for their grand opening because of the lack of product for recreational use but they did have a nice selection of edibles. All in all it was a very good experience and i Made a friend in the waiting room. I'll be back.
