I let my teens go in to use the restroom and get snacks while I was pumping gas. I went in to check on them, and one of my daughters let me know right away that the restrooms were very nice and clean. She was impressed! Then, my kids walked around, selected their snacks, and took some time to figure out what they could afford. The cashier was very patient with them. Overall the cleanliness level and the patient customer service made for a pleasant stop.

So I roll my eyes and say okay, to which she responded "you can not have an attitude." I told her I wasn't, because I am allowed to be annoyed. The manager then says from the back, "Just refuse her service." Long story short, this was the worst experience from an EZ Mart and Associates that I have ever had. I'm upset at the unprofessionalism of these people and the manager.
