As soon as they drive off the door was the same as before. Its an insulated door but in the cold winter it has terrible condensation and when opened water comes out of every panel. Yelled at me for putting him behind schedule. Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted him to do me this favor, I had to move my vehicle. Then refused to move his truck so I could not move my vehicle. I relayed to customer service that specifically arranged my work schedule to work from home so I was here for the installation. They were more concerned about their schedule then they are about customers and proceeded to tell me to take my complaints to Home Depot. If you don't want to install for Home Depot then don't. I decided to replace it since it was almost 20 years old, and it was only $100 difference between the number of repairs needed vs a new unit. He priced the new unit the same cost as it was being sold at the big box stores near me (I checked online), and his labor cost was VERY reasonable. He showed up on time and stayed late into the evening to make sure it was fully cleaned up and functioning properly. When he left, my garage was cleaner than when he arrived!!
