I just had some scheduling issues, but if you're not there to remove items that are in the way, or if it's raining too much and too wet underneath the concrete, then you're not going to have the best results. I would rather have someone reschedule, then have them do a bad job. My sidewalks look amazing!! they also lifted the foundation of my garage in a corner where it was dipping due to bad greeting in my yard. My driveway is also finally level again! Scott and Julie and their crew did an amazing job. it may have took some weeks to get it done, but I'm confident that I will get years out of this work. Could I give them no stars please? They gave a decent quote for three properties. They came out and the lead man on the job was surly, acted as if the job couldn't be done, and was in a big hurry to get done and move on. The leveling on the sidewalks of house 1 was adequate but not good. The sidewalk on house 2 was poorly done. Not lifted all the way on one side and at the end of the sidewalk wasn't lifted at all. It drops an inch from the level of the rest of it. House 3 - the garage apron was lifted well enough. That was a bit of a tough job so I can't complain about that. I had the front sidewalk lifted at the company owners suggestion and the job was only part way done. The concrete basketball slab in back was lifted on the edges where it met the garage but not in the middle so it has a dip. I paid them half as that seemed fair and he was real anxious to get the rest so he met me early in the spring to see the issues at house 3. He agreed that his lead man was a jerk and also that the job at house 3 was poorly done and said he would get someone out to redo it when they were in the neighborhood. Then I showed him pictures of house 2 so he wouldn't have to drive over there. Right then and there I knew from his expression he wasn't going to be back to redo either of them. Do not waste your money with this company. Pay more for a reputable company. And I do have some idea of what I'm talking about. I've been a professional heavy equipment mechanic for 30 years and all around handy guy. I just don't have the equipment to do this kind of work. read more
